Character mistake: As Reddington sets up the blood transfer between himself and Ressler he inserts the intravenous line in Ressler's arm first and then in his own arm. This way the remaining air inside the line gets into the recipient's body and could very well kill him. Judging the expert way he handles the set up he should know to first insert the IV in his own arm, let the line fill with blood and then insert the IV in Ressler's arm.Lenore Scott
Character mistake: Katya (as Nina) says that Pandora's Box is "a gift the gods gave to Prometheus." But the Box was given to Epimetheus, not Prometheus. Epimetheus ignored the warnings of Prometheus, his brother, and accepted Pandora herself, who bore a box, as a gift from the gods.DavidK93

Character mistake: Columbo explains to Hayward (the killer) how the accepted version of events is impossible, because when he was shot Harry Stone was standing in a dark garage and the killer could not have angled the headlights of his car in such a way that he was made visible (in order to be shot). But neither he nor Hayward even consider the possibility that the killer could have been carrying a torch, which would not only have illuminated the scene, it would have dazzled the victim and hidden the shooter.
Character mistake: When Olivia and Dr Galina are in the bathroom, Galina mentions an umbilical chord, from a baby whose mother died (Nadia), that contained Olivia's mitochondrial DNA. Mitochondrial DNA comes from the mother, so Nadia's Mitochondrial DNA came from Letha who got hers from Marie, absolutely nothing to do with Olivia.StephNyikos
Character mistake: In the first scene, the Broslofskis are lighting their hanukiyah. It is the first night, and the lone non-shamash candle is on the far left side as they look at it. However, Hanukkah candles are placed in the hanukiyah starting from the right.DavidK93
