Green Thumb - S6-E10
Character mistake: When Kim is trying to convince Lisbon to help the FBI on their case, she says Jane stopped the ten-year reign of a mass murderer. Red John was a serial killer, which, by the FBI's definition, is a criminal behavior distinctly different from mass murder; he may have had a large number of victims, but he killed them either one or a couple at a time, with a cooling-off period in between, not all at once.
Continuity mistake: Lisbon has just returned from giving a presentation at the local school. She sits down at her desk, picks up two sheets of paper, and holds them with both hands. In the next shot, she's only holding one sheet with just her right hand. (00:01:25)
Other mistake: Answering a call from Lisbon, Jane asks, "Lisbon, you wondering who Sophie Miller is?" The question is posed like it should be somewhat of a mystery to Lisbon, as if there wasn't a case centered around Sophie Miller being the initial suspect in the poisoning of her ex-husband and Jane's history with her. The team, Lisbon's team, literally used her in Jane's gag to catch the killer. (S1 EP10 Red Brick and Ivy). (00:22:57)
Revealing mistake: At the very beginning, there's a square piece of board on the dead body's back, on which to support the knife.
