Visible crew/equipment: After Conan is set free from slavery he finds a cave where he removes a sword. When he climbs out of the cave you'll notice someone's hands near his feet pushing up his shackles. (00:29:25)
Deliberate mistake: On the fields of Pelennor, after the great battle, before Pippin and Merry meet again, Pippin's Lorien brooch points to his right. As Pippin is walking and looking around, his brooch is pointing to his left. When Pippin is next to Merry, the leaf is pointing to his right again. Obviously the second shot is flipped. (02:16:30)
Continuity mistake: At the end, the wound on Harry's left cheek changes from a series of small scratches when he says good-bye to Dumbledore to a deeper more singular wound when he says good-bye to Ron and Hermione.
Visible crew/equipment: When Nisi and Mickey first walk into the bathroom Mickey asks why there are two toilets, and in the next shot the microphone pops up into view at the bottom of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When both Explorer vehicles are parked at the paddock, in the shot of the goat being raised to lure the T. Rex, the "No! Feeding..." sign is permanently affixed to the front of the concrete wall, but in the previous and following shots that same sign is affixed to the angled top part of the wall. Later, when the power goes out, that sign is once again affixed to the front of the concrete wall.
Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, after the crocodile has nipped off a good bit of Hook's clothing, sock and shoe, when Hook rushes toward Smee in the boat the crocodile opens his mouth, and just as he swallows Hook he's nearly fully clothed and wearing both socks and both shoes.
Continuity mistake: When Toad General calls for the council's attention and announces that Bowser found the Super Star, note his shirt buttons. Then, when he says that the Kongs will never agree because their mad king doesn't make alliances, Toad General's shirt is backwards, his buttons are on the opposite side. (00:24:55 - 00:25:35)
Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Sir Mador is hit with the small crossbow bolt, the impalement changes. In the first shot it's protruding from his abdomen well above his belt, but in the next shot the crossbow bolt is now lower, actually pierced through Sir Mador's leather belt. (02:00:30)
Other mistake: After Pluto rises up from the Underworld, all the elves hide. When Pluto snatches Persephone and carries her away, the elves come out of hiding and begin to follow. The animation layer of the last elf on the left (turquoise hat) is not rendered properly, so his head and body appear out of thin air, mid-shot. (00:02:55)
Continuity mistake: The design of the ship's bow changes significantly while at sea. The white form on top of the bow used for mooring first does, then doesn't have an indentation on top, possibly with a bolt in the center. The point where the curved railing meets the straight side railings either is or is not connected by a top horizontal bar, and the gap between the vertical posts changes size. Another mistake on this site mentions the anchor design change, but also the metal walkway is made of tubular metal bars -or- flat bars that are more numerous and closer together. Continuity mistake: When Mr. Incredible lands on the island, he gets stuck in his capsule, eventually smashing it to get out. He starts stretching, bending backwards. The angle lowers to show that Mr. Incredible's suit is now a two-piece, revealing his fat stomach. During the rest of the movie, the suit is a one-piece, so this wouldn't be possible. (00:35:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Hermione and Harry go back in time, they duck and hide from Malfoy (after being punched) and his friends as they leave. The bulging rectangular outline of the transmitter (for hidden cordless mic) is visible at her lower back, under her pink hoodie. It is visible in a few shots, including when they are at the pumpkin patch. The outline of Harry's transmitter is visible at his back, as he bows to Buckbeak at the pumpkin patch, when they rescue him. (01:45:10)
Continuity mistake: Carl's cop car has the licence plate "G2298" which is printed thinly on the licence plate. Then, when the vine wraps around his car, and bends it in two, the licence plate is now "CFJB95", printed very boldly on the plate. The words "POLICE 004" also differ, as does the bumper and the lights. Totally new car, methinks... (01:14:55)
Visible crew/equipment: In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in front of the hotel on the night before Rafe ships out to England, Evelyn puts a scarf around his neck. There is a camera shot from his back: no scarf; then another one from his front, and he's wearing the scarf again. (00:27:10)
Continuity mistake: When William is interviewing Anna in the hotel suite, behind the lever door handles, there are two wide, brass, open lattice finger plates, which change to narrow, brass, closed lattice finger plates. (00:27:30)
Revealing mistake: When Suki and Tej are being booked for speeding when they took Brian's and Roman's cars, the police officer next to them should be writing on his notepad, but instead the words are already written and he is just moving the pen over these words. (01:24:25)
Continuity mistake: When Romeo and Juliet are in bed and Romeo playfully pulls the sheet up over his head, his shirt gets caught in the sheet and ends up over his shoulder and around his neck, but in the next shot from the side, his shirt is down.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Doc Brown is following Biff into the tunnel, as Marty starts to pass between the cars on his hoverboard, one of the wheels on the rig supporting the hovering DeLorean is visible. (01:30:30)
