Visible crew/equipment: When Leatherface is chasing Jenny, she gets into a couple's caravan. After Leatherface tries to get in, it cuts to an exterior shot and as Leatherface is running along with the caravan, in the window behind him you can see a crewmember with a cap on, running behind him off-screen. Suggested correction: I have viewed this several times you have mistaken the boom mic for a large round tree branch.
It looks nothing like branch. This is a real boom mic.
Visible crew/equipment: When the two lead characters pull up to a stop in the car, the shot is dead-on from the driver's side, and you can clearly see the entire camera crew reflected in the side of the car. (00:30:10)
Visible crew/equipment: During the briefing Weyland says "But it's not on the ice, it's two thousand feet below it" it cuts to a shot behind Maxwell with an overview shot of the crew. If you look behind Maxwell you can see the tip of a head moving into picture. In the previous shot we could see no one was standing behind Maxwell, and it couldn't be Sebastian cause he went back to his seat. (00:07:55)
