Continuity mistake: When the skeleton soldiers advance towards the main characters after reappearing, one of them is holding an axe. The axe blade is facing towards the main characters when it reappears, but when the shot cuts, the axe blade has turned around and is facing away from the main characters. (00:06:05)

Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh realises his name has appeared on the cartouche, he has two rings on his fingers. Then during the same shot, when he says "Yugi, it worked," he curls the two fingers he is wearing his rings on even further, obscuring them from view.
