Continuity mistake: In the wide shot where the KC DuelTek 760 is first shown, the duelist has a monster on the field which is positioned in front of him, to the left. Two shots later, when the duelist tells the monster what to do, the monster is now directly in front of the duelist. (00:12:03)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba asks the main characters when they are going to give that lame friendship speech, Tristan replies, "When you stop pretending everything is a magic trick." Yugi is standing with his side facing Kaiba, and his head is turned to the right to face him. Also, Tea has her back to Kaiba and turns her head to face him. When the shot cuts, Yugi and Tea are facing Kaiba directly. (00:18:10)
Continuity mistake: When Tea goes into Yugi's room, there are cards on the desk. The cards (specifically the cards around his deck) change position when it cuts to a closer shot of the desk. (00:14:55)
The Dark One Cometh: Part 3 - S5-E33
Continuity mistake: Just before Silent Swordsman transforms from a Level 6 monster to a Level 7 monster, it is shown holding a sword in its right hand. The right hand is shown covering the top half of the handle, but when it begins to change from Level 6 to Level 7, its hand is covering the bottom half of the handle. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried sits down in the deckchair, there is a cup and teapot on the table, which are positioned side by side. Later in the scene, after he hits his laptop with a rose, the cup is now ahead of the teapot. (00:10:09 - 00:10:33)

Continuity mistake: When Mana hands the Pharaoh the Millennium Scale, she has her left hand placed on the bottom of the scale. Her fingers are straight, but when the shot cuts, her fingers are curled. (00:16:46)
The Dark One Cometh: Part 4 - S5-E34
Continuity mistake: When Mana is restoring the Pharaoh's power, there is a bag containing the Millennium items on the floor. The bag is positioned on the brick next to the brick that the Pharaoh is lying on. But in the next shot, there is another brick in between the brick that the bag is placed on and the brick that the Pharaoh is lying on. (00:15:58)

Continuity mistake: When Tea first sees Kaiba's helicopter flying over, she is sitting down with her hands on the table. When the shot cuts, she is standing up, with her right hand over her face. (00:05:46)

Continuity mistake: When Mokuba is explaining Kaiba's new theme park to the main characters, there is nothing on the table in front of him. Then, when the shot cuts to an angle focusing on him, a cup has suddenly appeared on the table in front of him. (00:06:25)

Continuity mistake: When Joey says, "Aw man, Yugi's only got a few turns left," his left hand can be seen, and his fingers are opened out. When the shot cuts, his left hand is clenched into a fist. Also, Tea's forearms go from raised to her chest to being lowered at her side between shots. (00:06:05)

Continuity mistake: When Zorc is firing at the dragon, Seto, Pharaoh, and Shimon are shown watching from the ground. In the first shot, Seto's left arm is positioned beside his cape. When the shot cuts to an angle behind them, his left arm is positioned behind his cape. (00:14:33)

Continuity mistake: Yugi tells Bakura, "I was hoping you'd say that," and draws a card from his deck. When Bakura says, "Not so fast," Yugi's hand and the card in his hand are at a downward angle. When the shot cuts, his hand is straight and the card is at a horizontal angle. (00:02:43)
Village of Vengeance: Part 3 - S5-E27
Continuity mistake: When Bakura places the hourglass on the table, sand can be seen in the bottom half of the hourglass. Later in the scene, when Bakura says "Guilty as charged" after the Pharaoh realises he was the one who reversed time, the sand in the hourglass has disappeared. The sand reappears in the hourglass seconds later. (00:10:39 - 00:11:06)
The Dark One Cometh: Part 1 - S5-E31
Continuity mistake: Yugi activates the spell card Marshmallon Glasses, which he equips to one of Bakura's monsters. Seconds later, when Yugi says "and my life points are safe too," his two monsters can be seen on the field, but the spell card cannot be seen. At the end of the scene, there is a wide shot where the spell card is visible in front of Yugi and visible behind the monster on the left-hand side of the field, which means it should have been seen in the earlier shot when he said his life points were safe. Village of Vengeance: Part 3 - S5-E27
Continuity mistake: When the Millennium Rod is removed from Seto's hand by Aknadin, Seto's right hand is clenched into a fist and cannot move due to being put under a spell. A few seconds later, when Aknadin says "and now, the final piece," Seto's right hand has rotated 90 degrees. (00:07:34)
Village of Vengeance: Part 3 - S5-E27
Continuity mistake: When Aknadin walks up to the Millennium Stone, he is holding the Millennium Eye in his left hand and the Millennium Rod in his right hand. When he goes to insert the items into the seals, the Millennium Eye is in his right hand and the Millennium Rod is in his left hand. (00:08:10)
Village of Vengeance: Part 3 - S5-E27
Continuity mistake: When Bakura tells the Pharaoh, "If you want to save your friends, you'll have to win the game," his right hand is on the table and his left hand is off the table. When the shot cuts, his left hand is on the table. (00:10:07)

Continuity mistake: When the Millennium Key is shaking, Shada is holding it with his fingers around the front side and thumb along the back side. When the shot cuts to focus on the alleyway, his fingers are around the back side and his thumb is along the front side. (00:07:45)
