Continuity mistake: When Leon's life points go down to 3700, there is a shot of the other characters on the balcony cheering. In the shot, Professor Hawkins has his hands on his face. When the shot cuts, his hands are lowered. (00:08:52)

Continuity mistake: Just after Kaiba activates the Shrink card, causing the Valkyrie Brunhilde monster's attack points to get halved, Zigfried points out that she'll hit Kaiba. When Kaiba realises this, his right hand and forearm are pointed forward. In the next shot from behind Kaiba, his right hand and forearm are pointed to the right. Then in the following shot after that, his right upper arm is raised and his right forearm is pointed downwards. (00:10:20)

Continuity mistake: When young Zigfried is studying in the flashback, there is a photo frame on the desk in front of him. The photo frame has a turn button that is tilted at an angle to the left. Then there is a close-up of the front side of the photo, but when the shot cuts back to Zigfried, the turn button is now at a fully vertical angle, without being tilted. (00:11:08)

Continuity mistake: Just before Zigfried's life points go down to 1100, his arms are at his side. Then, when his life points count is shown going down to 1100, his arms are suddenly extended. (00:15:10)
