Continuity mistake: When Bishop is holding out his ID card for the Sentinel to scan, the card is gray with a red stripe on top, a lighter gray stripe underneath it, and a white mark underneath that. When the shot changes, the entire card is the same shade of gray. Additionally, in some of the shots of Bishop holding out the card, the he is wearing the temporal band on his arm that he doesn't receive until a few minutes later in the episode. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine and Bishop are standing in front of the time portal when Forge activates it, they are standing in such a way that Wolverine's left arm is in front of Bishop's right arm. When the shot changes, their arms are now side by side. (00:07:12)

Continuity mistake: When Bishop peeks out of the alley after arriving in the past, there is a wrecked car on the right side of the screen, with a fire hydrant near its front bumper, on an uninterrupted sidewalk. When the shot changes to Bishop stepping out of the alley, the fire hydrant is now by the car's rear bumper, and there is a driveway leading into the alley. Additionally, the building that is behind Bishop changes color from red to green. (00:10:09)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine first places the time band on his arm, it is on the upper half of his forearm, just above where his glove ends. When he is pulling the gun out of the cabinet, the band has now moved closer to his hand. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: When Storm turns on the TV, much of the Eiffel Tower is in the background. A couple of shots later, the reporter is standing in front of a building that would obscure much of the Eiffel Tower, and is also suddenly standing next to a news van. (00:07:47)
Continuity mistake: When the cameraman drops his camera, it lands on the ground and rests on a rock so that the lens is at a slanted angle. When the shot changes to the camera's point of view, it shows Apocalypse right side up, when he should be slanted to correspond with the camera. (00:10:14)
Continuity mistake: When Cable grabs Warren through a shelf on his bookcase, he knocks several books onto the floor. When Warren pushes the bookcase over, there is an overhead shot of the floor surrounding the bookcase for several feet in each direction and there are no books visible on the floor. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rogue and Storm are about to enter the cell block, the gate is black. When they open the gate, it is silver. (00:10:18)

Continuity mistake: When Juggernaut is telling Jubilee that she's getting too big for her britches, she is standing on the right side of the roof. A couple of shots later when Juggernaut is tearing the building out of its foundation, she is now on the opposite side of the roof. (00:14:57)

Continuity mistake: When Xavier's message begins playing, Jubilee is sitting down, and Storm and Rogue are standing side by side. When the shot changes, Jubilee is standing up, and Storm is now in front of Rogue. (00:03:46)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine and Cyclops are first shown sitting in the courtroom gallery, the wall behind them is bare. When the shot changes, a door has appeared behind them. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: When Magneto destroys the wall of Beast's prison cell, the night sky is visible. When Magneto is asking Beast why he isn't escaping, another wall is now there instead of the sky. (00:03:21 - 00:04:06)
Continuity mistake: When Sabertooth is attacking the courtroom, he knocks out three guards with a chair. A couple of shots later, only one guard is on the ground, and when the shot changes again, none of the guards are on the ground anymore. (00:11:15)
