Old Soldiers - S5-E11

Continuity mistake: When Red Skull is leaving Wolverine and Captain America alone, he sets Captain America's shield on a table and Wolverine is shown to be hanging from stocks by his wrists with Captain America on his left and the table on his right at roughly a 45 degree angle. In a wide shot after Red Skull has left the room, the shield has vanished from the table and Wolverine is now several feet from where he originally was, with Captain America roughly at his 12 o'clock and the table roughly at his 3 o'clock. Storm Front: Part 2 - S5-E8

Continuity mistake: When Arkon states that Storm is the conqueror of his heart, he is holding up a goblet with his left hand and extending his right hand towards her. Not only is the bracelet on his right hand gold when it should be silver (the bracelet on his left hand remains silver in this shot), but his right hand looks rather effeminate. Arkon and Storm were sitting right next to each other and no one was shown to be standing between them in any other shot, so the right hand in question couldn't have belonged to another person. Bloodlines - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: When Rogue is talking to Wolverine through her watch communicator, in the closeup shots the watch is shown to be around her glove, on her wrist. In the wide shot, the watch is either around her sleeve just beneath her glove or it has disappeared entirely. (00:09:00)

A Rogue's Tale - S2-E9

Plot hole: In the season one episode The Cure, when Pyro and Avalanche are in the bar on Muir Island waiting for Mystique to arrive, Avalanche says "This friend of yours better show up soon or I'm going back to jail, just for something to do!" Rogue then comes in and Pyro suggests to Avalanche that Rogue could be Mystique, to which Avalanche responds "What do you mean it could be? Don't you know what she looks like?", leading Pyro to tell Avalanche that Mystique is a shape-shifter. This dialogue implies that Avalanche has no idea who Mystique is, which is further substantiated when Pyro and Avalanche kidnap Mystique later in the episode while she is in the guise of Dr. Adler, and Avalanche didn't recognize Mystique when she revealed her true form. However in this episode it is shown that Pyro and Avalanche were both previously members of Mystique's Brotherhood of Mutants, so Avalanche should already know who Mystique is without Pyro having to tell him. Rogue was also a member of that group yet neither Pyro nor Avalanche recognize her.

Red Dawn - S2-E4

Question: Does anyone know what the Russian writing says on the wall behind Omega Red when he is standing at the podium and talking about the return of the Soviet Union? (00:15:08)

Phaneron

Chosen answer: It says MPO "First Exemplary Printing House" which is a real printing company in Russia founded by Ivan Dmitrievich Sytin in 1889. There seems to be something about "named after..." as well.
