Continuity mistake: Mr McGuffy is walking down the corridor - behind him is a girl dressed in pink, and walking towards him is a boy in a black jumper with a white stripe on it. Mr. McGuffy enters the classroom to speak to Pogo - when the angle changes to inside, the girl in pink doesn't walk past the open door but the boy does, even though he had already passed the door in the previous angle.

Episode #2.3 - S2-E3
Visible crew/equipment: There is a boom mike shadow on the wall behind Penny when she and Susi are laughing at Antoni who has fallen asleep in class.
Other mistake: All throughout this series Grange Hill is celebrating 125 years on the same site, but Grange Hill didn't move to this site until series eight in 1985, when the school merged with Rodney Bennett and Brookdale schools, this being the former Rodney Bennett site.

Visible crew/equipment: Early in this episode, when the pupils are coming into school, Calley calls out to Vince "oi Vince, there's a lot of people looking for you" there is a reflection of a sound man holding a boom mike in the window of the blue car next to Vince.
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Calley goes into the dentist, Ronnie and Fiona walk past a shop window that the camera and crew are reflected in.
Factual error: Shannon asks Leah if she knows what happened to Tom Smith - she replies that Tom has gone to university, but in the previous series Tom was only in his first year of sixth form, and it takes at least two years in the sixth form to study for the A levels required for a university place.
Suggested correction: Although normally A-levels are taken after 2 years, it is possible (and often done) to study them in one year.
