Continuity mistake: When Carol meets Trisha at home time at the school's main entrance, behind them you can see two cars parked in front of the school - a black Humber facing the school and a red Vauxhall Victor. When the shot changes to Cathy standing outside the school's front gate you can see the red Victor has gone, the Humber is now parked in the same place but facing away from the school, and a white VW camper has appeared next to it.

Visible crew/equipment: In the first scene when Tucker and Benny are walking in the playground, a lighting rig is in shot for a few seconds.
Visible crew/equipment: When Banskie opens the door of Bronson's car in the school car park the camera and its operator are reflected in the car window.
Continuity mistake: Stewpot arrives on stage for the play's finale on a motorbike, but when Banksie and Kevin open the hall doors only the rider is on the bike. As soon as the angle changes when the bike is through the hall doors Stewpot has appeared on the pillion.
Visible crew/equipment: When Phil tells Banksie to stop his car which is being driven by Jean-Paul, Banksie jumps in front of the car but jumps out of the way when Jean-Paul refuses to stop - you can see the crew reflected in the car's side windows.

Continuity mistake: In the final scene when Miss Peterson is having a private word with Cathy about her attitude, the classroom door closes by itself.
Episode #4.6 - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: Just before Gerry, Ruth and Cathy go into the toilets Cathy is standing on the left - the angle changes and Cathy is now standing between Ruth and Gerry. Later on when they ask to go outside to get away from the puddles the three girls are standing close together, the angle changes and they are standing further apart.
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of a boom mike can be seen on Calley's back when Mr. King says "all right then."
Visible crew/equipment: A boom mike shadow is on Ronnie's head in the artroom when she tells Hollo about the play sets being vandalised.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Banksie are sitting on the roundabout in the park, in the the row of parked cars behind them there's a brown Vauxhall Viva which appears and disappears when the angle changes.

Visible crew/equipment: When Brian and Kevin are driving slowly just before taking Julie's crisps, you can see the crew reflected in the car windows.

Other mistake: After assembly Simon Shaw tells Mr. Mitchell that he been transferred into his form, but earlier on, before assembly, Simon was already sat in Mitchell's form.
Visible crew/equipment: At the presentation when Mrs. McClusky introduces Mr. Owen, you can see a boom mike shadow on his bald head.

Visible crew/equipment: A boom mike shadow is on the wall when Tucker (with the claw) sneaks up on the sleeping Antoni.

Visible crew/equipment: A boom mike shadow is visible on the wall when Mary asks "who else would it be?"
Continuity mistake: Andrew, Justin and Tucker are putting the tents up, Justin and Andrew are unrolling the canvas while Tucker attends to the poles, Tucker is standing right next to Justin. When the angle changes Tucker is now sitting quite a way from Justin, who has to walk over to Tucker to ask him to borrow his magazine, also the three bags that were next to the canvas have disappeared and the green bag that was next to Tucker is now behind him.
Visible crew/equipment: When Andrew and Justin are in the woodwork room a lighting rig is reflected in the door glass.
Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Ann hands over her hockey boots to Tucker she gets them off too quickly, and you only actually see her remove one boot.
Continuity mistake: Miss Peterson's first name changes three times, in 3-5 she is called Suzy, in 3-11 Mr. Hopwood calls her Wendy, and in 4-10 Mr. Sutcliffe calls her Val.
