Other mistake: In various episodes we see Alpha working in the command centre. When we see him pressing buttons however, they are almost always the same buttons being pressed, regardless of the intent.
Continuity mistake: After Bulk's first attempt to climb the rope, falling to the mat on his butt, Kimberly and Zack are from the overhead view towards the bottom of the screen at the side of the mat. Kimberly is standing away from it, and Zack has one foot on. After Bulk stands up and there's a different angle, suddenly Kimberly and Zack are both on the mat right next to the rope. Jason, Billy and Trini also slightly change positions. (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: At the start, the blue mixture in the "cake-o-matic" appears instantly. (00:00:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Pink, Green, Black and Red rangers teleport to take on the monster, we see the Pink ranger walk towards the camera. As she does, so the stage lights are reflected in her helmet. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: In this episode, the rangers call on the zords and form the tank mode. We then see the Triceratops traveling over the desert again. (00:16:00)
Suggested correction: This isn't a continuity mistake. The Triceratops forms the legs and are the wheels of the tank mode. That's the shot of the left leg of the tank mode's (i.e. the Triceratops) tracks rolling along the ground.

Character mistake: After Tommy and Kimberly are attacked by Pursehead, when they morph, Tommy says "Dragonzord" instead of "Tigerzord".
