High Five - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: After the rope breaks and Bulk is on the floor, he and Skull look up as the ceiling dumps pieces onto them. After this, Bulk spits out white dust that's from the ceiling. However before this even happens as he starts to look up, you can see some white on his lips with his cheeks and mouth perched where he already has the powder in his mouth ready to spit out. High Five - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: After Bulk's first attempt to climb the rope, falling to the mat on his butt, Kimberly and Zack are from the overhead view towards the bottom of the screen at the side of the mat. Kimberly is standing away from it, and Zack has one foot on. After Bulk stands up and there's a different angle, suddenly Kimberly and Zack are both on the mat right next to the rope. Jason, Billy and Trini also slightly change positions. (00:03:00)

High Five - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Skull gets up in Jason's face about the climbing rope, asking if he's saying Bulk can't do it, there is a girl in the background with a red shirt sitting down. In the next shot when the camera pulls back, this girl is suddenly up and walking off to the right of camera. (00:02:33)

Day of the Dumpster - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Bulk and Skull interrupt the Karate lesson and push Billy aside. A shot of Jason standing next to the wall has a painting of an umbrella right behind Jason's shoulder. Dark Warrior - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: When the Rangers find Uncle Howard tied to the bombs, Howard asks "Did he tell you about the bomb?" then we see the clock counting down from 18 seconds. A few seconds later, Billy is being encouraged to deactivate the bomb. Continuity mistake: Whenever we see the Rangers morph it is always the same clip that is used to show this. This is especially apparent towards the middle of Season 2 when Zack has dreadlocks in the program, but his crew cut hair in the morph sequence. (00:07:25)

The Mutiny (1) - S2-E1

Visible crew/equipment: Just as the Rangers find a way to defeat Lord Zed's putties, we see a camera shot circulating the rangers. Pay attention and you will see that there is one shadow on the ground that doesn't move. Clearly from a member of the film crew. (00:16:40)

The Green Candle (2) - S1-E35

Trivia: Jason David Frank, who played Tommy, left the show in the episode because his powers had been stolen by the Green Candle. However, he had become the most popular member of the Power Team, despite the original plan being just to temporarily have him on the show. Saban received large amounts of letters daily requesting Frank be brought back. The company eventually gave in and brought Frank back in the episode "Return of an Old Friend." He was returned to Green Ranger status in part 2.

Show generally

Question: How many different Power Ranger TV shows/movies have there been? To my knowledge, I know of at least 7 different series, but I think there is more. How do they all connect?

Answer: According to the IMDB, there are currently 10 different series (with an 11th premiering in 2006). And, as far as I can tell, there have been only two theatrically released movies. All of the series, with the exception of the first one (that premiered back in '93) are spin-offs of the original, and they all share similar plot lines, characters, etc.
