Correction: This is supposed to be part of the joke, how a huge motorcycle just appears out of nowhere. It's to give it sort of a romantic edge.

Correction: In cartoons, when the character is in awe of something their eyes always tend to be drawn larger in a look of shock. That is not a mistake.

Correction: We can assume that since Nate is Peter's relative, that they are both complete idiots and he would not know the difference, which is why it is written this way deliberately. Besides, this is a character's mistake, not the show's mistake.

Correction: When Joe puts the burger in his hand he flips it up to his right. In normal speed you can see he flips it over his shoulder, but because of the very fast transition to Peter it makes it look that the burger has disappeared into thin air.

The Son Also Draws - S1-E6

Corrected entry: When the Fonz appears to Peter in a spiritual vision, Peter asks him if he has ever gotten any sexual diseases since he has been with so many women. The Fonz replies: "Herpes twice. And the clap." There is no cure for herpes so you can only get it once and keep it.

Paul Pepiton

Correction: (a) There is more than one type of herpes. (b) Fonz is an idiot, and could easily believe that when his herpes went into remission he was 'cured', only to believe himself reinfected when he had another outbreak.

The Kiss Seen Around the World - S3-E8

Corrected entry: When Peter pretends to play the keyboard in the toy store, a man takes exception to it. When the Griffins are back in the parking lot, the man has spray painted the word "Phony" on their station wagon. The man just met Peter two minutes earlier, how would he know which vehicle to spray paint? (00:01:20 - 00:02:15)

Reservoir Dog

Correction: If you watch the very first episode (I Never Met the Dead Man) you can see the phony guy, working on a new toy at the toy factory, where Peter also works. So they probably know each other from work.

Death Lives - S3-E6

Corrected entry: In a flashback scene with Quagmire urging Peter to get some shore leave, Quagmire is actually seen naked from the waist down, but he has no 'equipment' of any kind. He's genderless. (00:14:25)

Correction: Actually, his left leg is slightly ahead of his right, which is just enough (by cartoon standards) to censor out naughty bits.

Correction: This is not true. In the episode Lethal Weapons (On Disc 1 of the Season 3 DVD Set), as the family is in the car on the way to church, Chris' earring is visible.

Correction: The scale goes from 0 to 25 to 50 in 5 pounds increments, which means the arrow points to just under 30 pounds.

There's Something About Paulie - S2-E16

Corrected entry: When Peter says "It must be better living in England, the worst they have there is drive-by-arguments." It goes to a 'flashback', and in the flashback, when the car stops, it's on the right side of the road. In England, cars drive on the left side of the road.

Correction: The drive by is in Peter's imagination. Peter is an idiot and seems reasonable for him to get the side of the road wrong.

The Thin White Line (1) - S3-E1

Corrected entry: Joe's legs are supposed to be paralyzed due to an accident. However, when he and Brian are fighting the midgets in the Sunday School for drug trafficking, he manages to kick one of them.

Correction: He actually spins the wheelchair around, and his leg swings out, kicking the midget.

Correction: You can't be sure that Lois actually smoked pot while pregnant with Stewie. She says it during a dream sequence, this doesn't mean it actually happened.

Kara

I'd say that since it was her dream, she was probably holding on to some guilt about it.

The Thin White Line (1) - S3-E1

Corrected entry: When Peter catches up to Brian in the golf cart at the rehab facility, Brian is seen wearing a track suit with a headband and holding hand weights. Peter convinces him to go mess with the pregnant teens across the lake and in the row boat over Brian is still wearing the tracksuit and headband. However, when we see them enter a room where the pregnant teens are he has obviously taken off the tracksuit and headband and is just seen wearing his dog collar.

Tobin OReilly

Correction: Where's the mistake? In the original entry it states "He's obviously taken off the tracksuit and headband" Clearly enough time has passed from docking the boat to arriving in the hallway for him to do so.

Ssiscool

Correction: So much time passes that Brian had plenty of time and ways to find out. Peter could have even told Brian he's leaving to go rob his father-in-law since we don't see them leaving.

Bishop73

Correction: This was done as a joke and a call back to an earlier joke where Stewie says "at least it's not raining" and then gets stabbed. The effects aren't permanent, just like all the times Peter's been mortally wounded only to appear normal in the next scene.

Bishop73

Correction: It was only the interior of the machine that got blown up after one of the Peter clones threw one of the chicken clones into the machine, whilst the exterior of the machine remained fine. In fact, it can be noticed that the broken glass is shown from when one of the Peter clones threw one of the chicken clones into the machine just as the explosion that destroys the facility occurs.

Road to the North Pole - S9-E7

Corrected entry: At the end of the episode, as the camera zooms away from the house, Santa, his sleigh and reindeer are sitting on top of the house the entire time. However, he flies in from the right of the screen and towards the viewer.

Correction: Santa was never on top of the house, that was just the Griffins' Christmas decorations of Santa and the reindeer on their roof.

Casual Person

Perfect Castaway - S4-E12

Corrected entry: In the scene where Brian and Lois are talking in the bedroom, you can see that they both sleep in two separate beds. However, in a different scene when Lois is riding on top of Peter in the bedroom, you can see there is only one double bed inside the room.

Correction: While married, Lois and Brian sleep in separate beds, which were specifically acquired for the purpose. When Lois is married to Peter, they share a bed. There's no telling how much time passes between shots and it's not that hard to move some furniture around.

Phixius

Correction: The equation ( 1 1/2a 3=1/8 )stays the same throughout.

Ssiscool

Correction: It's not unsual to have multiple instances of the same machine in an arcade.

Baby Not On Board - S7-E4

Plot hole: Stewie gets out of the car seat and goes back to bed, leaving the blanket at the bottom of the seat. When they get to New York, Lois goes to get him out and realises he's gone. But when they started the trip the blanket was covering the entire seat to make it look like Stewie was still in it. So who ever "covered" him up knew he wasn't in the seat before they set off. Lois: Hello?
Peter: I can't take the trash out today, I'm working late at the office.
Lois: The caller ID says you're calling from the kitchen. In fact I can see you.
Peter: [Edging sideways.] OK, can you see me now?
Lois: No.
Peter: Now I am at the office.

Trivia: A Quahog is another name for a clam, thus all the jokes and places in town (like the drunken clam bar) the show makes reference about.

Brian Sings & Swings - S4-E19

Question: In this episode Meg pretends to be a lesbian, when she calls herself a 'mega lesbian' it shows four other 'mega lesbians' singing something on deep voices. What song are they singing? Is it a real song?

strikeand

Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
