Continuity mistake: When Ulysses S. "Griffin" is chugging beer with Robert E. Lee, Ulysses wins. When he says "How's that Robert E. Lee," he puts the beer glass on his head. After Robert says, "Okay no more slaves, but we still don't have to read books," the glass is in Ulysses' hand. In the next shot it's on his head again. (00:10:05)
Continuity mistake: After Mayor West enjoys eating the taffy, when it cuts to the Griffin family standing on their lawn, the post-mounted mailbox is placed on the right side of the front door's walkway, but then it switches to the left side of the walkway. (00:08:27)
Continuity mistake: When Peter is singing, he stops and starts dancing. Mr Weed is directly behind him, then in the next shot of other people dancing, he is with them. Then in the next shot, he is behind Peter again. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: In the kitchen after Petoria is cut off from the world, the fridge is shown with two notes on the freezer door next to the handle with scribbled writing on them. After Stewie takes a dump in his newspaper diaper, it cuts to a different closer angle, and now the writing on the notes has vanished. Usually in animation, details being lost in a further out shot is normal; however, this is details lost in a closer angle. (00:17:42)
Continuity mistake: When Chris tells Peter that some guy won't let him go to school, Peter turns so that his front doorway threshold is to his right. But then, when it cuts to the next shot with Peter asking "him and what army?", suddenly his back is to the doorway again. (00:14:07)
Continuity mistake: In the UN Cafeteria, Peter goes to sit down next to some other world leaders for lunch. Between shots, the size and shape of the food trays change, and also the Asian guy's tray vanishes altogether. (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: In the Ulysses S. "Griffin" cutaway gag, just when Griffin and Lee go to start chugging their beer, the soldier behind Griffin suddenly goes from brown hair to blonde. The soldiers also get closer together between shots. (00:10:04)
Revealing mistake: After Peter's encounter with Mayor West, we have the family standing next to the sidewalk in their front yard. Lois walks up holding Stewie, and now you can see there is a perspective error in the animation as next to Lois the mailbox looks comically small, barely big enough to put a stapler in. (00:08:11)
Continuity mistake: Peter enters Adam West's office, and the words "Adam West Mayor" are on the door. Adam West then tackles Peter to the ground and starts punching him in the next shot. During that moment, part of the letters are still seen, and the "OR" at the end of "MAYOR" is noticeably much smaller, and the "R" is a different shape. (00:06:45)
Other mistake: When Peter is digging a hole in his back yard, he uses his shovel to cut the power supply to all of Quahog. We see Joe watching TV and Quagmire messing with his sex doll. The power cuts off, and so then Joe's TV turns off and Quagmire's doll turns off. However, the lights in the rooms they are in stay on. The power being cut would have turned off the lights also. Continuity mistake: After the IRS visit, Peter is digging a hole in his back yard for a pool. His kids are standing around at the edge of the hole watching. When it cuts to a close-up of Stewie, he's suddenly standing much closer to the hole. (00:04:18)
Continuity mistake: When Peter sits down at the desk in the IRS office, there is a pen and what appears to be a business card on the corner of the desk next to where he’s sitting.
