Blade: Trinity (2004)

Revealing mistake: In the very last shot where Blade is seen on a real tight shot and then it pulls out to reveal him on his motorcycle, that is obviously not Wesley Snipes. The skin was lighter, and as it pulls away, you see the side of the face for a moment, and it sure ain't Wesley.

Revealing mistake: Shelly Long and Bette Midler are running on the beach trying to get in the helicopter's light. In the far shot, when they are running out from under some structure, you can EASILY see that it is two men in drag. They are taller, a bit more "husky" and are having a hard time running in heels.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bette Midler and Shelly Long have just found out Michael Saunters is the bad guy, there is a helicopter looking for them and they're standing in the outdoor shower stall. Bette Midler says "They're the good guys" and they run out to try to get the helicopter's attention. Right after they run out of the stall, you can easily see one or two men in the stall - they're either holding the stall up against the wind of the helicopter or they're there for some other unexplainable reason.

Bruce Almighty (2003)

Continuity mistake: When Bruce has just smashed his car into the pole, he throws the prayer beads into the water and says, "The gloves are off, Pal," which is confirmed in the subtitles. Yet when God reads back what Bruce said from his file cabinet, God reads, "The gloves are off, God." (00:22:40 - 00:29:45)

Spider-Man 2 (2004)

Factual error: The only elevated trains in Manhattan are Metro North that goes to Connecticut and the N, Q, R, W line that goes to Brooklyn/Queens, and that line goes over a bridge. None of these trains are elevated in mid-Manhattan; and most certainly, the end of the subway line would not just be a big metal "bumper" that leads into the water.

Other mistake: In the scene where Terry is at the computer, and Jim Belushi's character surprises her while pretending to be a Sperry repairman, they keep turning the monitor on and off. But the last time you hear a beep, which is supposed to be Terry turning off the monitor, her hand is nowhere near where the button would be. They obviously added the sound effect later.
