Other mistake: Sy enters the SavMart (after being fired) with a large photo envelope in his hand, and the boss who fired him confronts him about going elsewhere to process his photos, and they get into it. Then Sy pushes past him, and in the next shot, walks right up to the photo counter, when in all previous scenes, the photo lab was at the back of the store.

Melrose Place (1992)
Other mistake: After Brooke blackmails Amanda for the position of company vice president (over Amanda's affairs) Amanda gives in and calls a short conference with Alison, Brooke, and Billy, and openly demotes Alison to 'assistant'. Which is impossible, considering Alison is the company vice-president. And only a higher ranking head could call such a shot, while Amanda is an accounts executive with no such power or authority to overthrow anyone above her.

Melrose Place (1992)
Other mistake: Jake Hansen (Grant Show) wears a gold wedding band on his left or hand during the shows run, when he's supposedly single.
Suggested correction: Not really a mistake, just a character choice. Grant Show wasn't married at the time, so it's not his wedding band we see, it's just a ring.

The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938)
Other mistake: When King John's henchman goes to slap Robin across the face the camera suddenly cuts to Robin kicking the henchmen in the chest, sending the henchman backwards into the crowd. Indicating an obvious retake that Flynn had lost his footing during the 1st take. After the henchman barrels backward it suddenly cuts to John speaking with Gisbourne about revenge.

History of the World: Part I (1981)
Other mistake: After Leonardo sets up his canvas to begin painting The Last Supper with Jesus with his disciples, he says "hold it" and then the camera flips to show the men (and Comicus) now situated behind the table. Look at the disciple in the blue tunic at the right, who first looks off to his right, then corrects his position, and faces left, with his arms extended. (00:52:32)

Grease (1978)
Other mistake: At the dance, students are still arriving as the band starts to set up. A moment later, the MC announces over the mic that Johnny Casino and the Gamblers will get things warmed up, and then music starts, which is not possible with the band just setting up.

Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning (1985)
Other mistake: When Jason slices Pete's throat from the back seat with the machete, it goes deep, and blood should be gushing from Pete's jugular. But in the following shot, the edge of the knife has barely grazed the rest of Pete's throat, leaving only a fake trail of dried blood.

O Captain! My Captain! - S4-E11
Other mistake: Barry climbs up on the desk and comically recites the "Oh Captain my Captain" refrain, which is in reference to the finale of Dead Poet's Society, which came out in 1989. An actual time jump forward, that would make him 20-something, which he isn't. And makes no sense for the episode, which is still set in the mid-80s.

Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
Other mistake: When Jason sneaks up behind the cop and raises the hammer to whack him, the angle shows it aiming for the cop's neck, but in the continuing shot, he strikes the back of the cop's head. (00:45:35)

Friday the 13th Part 3: 3D (1982)
Other mistake: After Jason slashes Andy in the hallway we see the machete ripping down through Andy's abdomen as he is upside down in his handstand. Then his body falls to the floor and Jason starts dragging him, but there is no blood spatter anywhere on Andy's chest, face, or the floor.

Halloween II (1981)
Other mistake: After the two doctors and the sheriff pull up in the parking lot and then enter the hospital, Michael suddenly appears to Laurie, and she runs from him across the lot toward the same entrance, and suddenly the doors are locked. There is no way this would be, as the doctors and the sheriff would have had to stop and unlock the entrance before entering themselves, which they did not do.
Suggested correction: The door was already open and then they closed it behind them.

Halloween II (1981)
Other mistake: Jimmy the paramedic walks into the major surgery room to find Ms. Alves dead on the stretcher, the blood drained from her body. As he turns to leave he suddenly 'slips' on the pool of blood, falling back first and knocking himself unconscious. However the next shot reveals that the blood pool extends out to the doorway, so there's no way he could have crossed to the stretcher without slipping in the first place while entering the room.

Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
Other mistake: Vicki enters the darkened cabin and flips a switch on a nearby lamp, to discover the power is out. But as she grumbles and crosses to another table lamp that is unplugged, she plugs it in, and suddenly the whole cabin lights up.

The Bionic Woman (1976)
Other mistake: Jamie, pretending to be Lisa, goes to the safe, and turns the dial with her bionic right hand, but the back and forth shots show her listening to the clicks with the same hand she dials with. (00:36:40)

The Bionic Woman (1976)
Other mistake: Due to her bionics, Jamie has the ability to leap up 1 or 2 stories of a building or balcony. However, in the episode with the spacesuit, near the end, the astronaut has launched about 40-50 feet in the air, which is roughly 4-5 stories, but Jamie is somehow able to leap up high enough to grab onto the cable and deactivate his suit. The Godfather (1972)
Other mistake: While Michael is talking with the Sicilian father, requesting to meet his daughter, the camera jostles twice, between the close shots of both men. (01:40:00 - 01:46:00)

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993)
The Library - S3-E5
Other mistake: Dr. Mike spots a charred Bible within the charred piles of books, and heads into the church. The Reverend is giving a sermon on morality, and offers Dr. Mike the floor and she briefs about certain stories in the book, which would be considered scandalous, without mentioning the book's title, then hands it to the Reverend who agrees such stories are scandalous, until he turns it over, to see that its 'The Holy Bible'. Being a Reverend, he should know The Bible cover to cover, but reacts surprised or shocked over the mentioning of the scandalous stories. (00:36:00 - 00:41:00)
