Continuity mistake: When Mclane is desperately trying to get his fallen Beretta from the conveyor, he flicks the on switch to the conveyor. The terrorist then sprints down the conveyor to try and get the gun before Mclane, and you can see in the first shot of the terrorist running, that he is virtually at the gun immediately. The camera cuts to Mclane, and then back to the terrorist who is now significantly further away from the gun than he was before.

On the newspaper front page, it now shows the Men's Room door is no longer destroyed, and the toilet brush attachment is now on his hand instead of the rubber glove.

Terminator Salvation (2009)
Continuity mistake: When the Saab 900 car is destroyed by the Harvester, it already has momentum and you can see whats left of the car thrown in an arc into the air. When it lands however, it simply drops vertically, which it wouldn't do, it should have fallen in a decreasing arc. (00:38:25)

Transporter 3 (2008)
Other mistake: Franks Audi smashes through the steel barrier on the bridge. Whilst we can accept the bodywork is toughened up and is bulletproof, its a plastic front bumper, plastic grille, glass/plastic headlights, yet there isn't even a scratch on either of these items after the car is seen driving after its pulled from the river after smashing through said STEEL barrier. The barrier would be particularly strengthened to attempt to prevent such a maneuver that Frank performed.

Gamer (2009)
Other mistake: Assuming we buy that Kable can run the truck on Vodka with no modifications, the bottle he drank from wasn't particularly big, and the truck wouldn't have run as long as it did on the paltry amount he was able to get into the tank. By virtue of the truck moving around so violently would mean the Vodka would be sloshed around the tank and the fuel pump would be incapable of extracting it. Fuel tanks typically need a minimum amount of fuel just to ensure the fuel pump has something to run on, and that bottle isn't going to achieve that, no matter what fictional future technology you can dream up in lieu of what's onscreen.

Terminator Salvation (2009)
Continuity mistake: When Marcus is driving the big tow truck down the highway, he smashes into the back of a red VW Jetta with custom chrome wheels that is parked on the right side of the road. A few shots later, the same car is shown again, now on the left side of the road, and is hit again. That's fair enough, as the truck seemed to reverse direction when the first bike crashed into the bus. But seconds after the second hit, this car is again on the RIGHT side of the road, and is struck a third time (this is actually the first hit, shown now from a different angle). (00:41:05)

Beyond the Poseidon Adventure (1979)
Continuity mistake: When the purser's safe falls through the ceiling, we get to see the safe come to a rest, and we can see the door to the safe is still perfectly in position and still closed. The next shot looking down on the safe now shows the safe with the door now fully opened.

Beyond the Poseidon Adventure (1979)
Revealing mistake: When the purser's safe falls through the ceiling, the ceiling metal is far too thin. Bearing in mind also, that the on the other side of the ceiling metal is supposed to be the floor of the next deck up, and that too is a thin flimsy metal, that doesn't even appear that it could support any kind of weight.

The Island (2005)
Other mistake: When Lincoln and Jordan first enter the city, just before Jordan sees a poster of herself, in the background you can see two trains high in the air, with a skyscraper behind them. If you look carefully at the shadows cast by the two trains, one of them is completely wrong. The train that goes from left to right has its shadow trailing on its left side, and the train going from right to left has its shadow trailing on its right side. Irrespective of which direction the two trains are travelling, both their shadows should be trailing from the same side, as there is only one light source, i.e. the sun.

Cars (2006)
Continuity mistake: Before Lightning falls off the end of Mack's trailer, you can see Snot Rod and one of the other cars running alongside the trailer. But when the camera moves to show Lightning coming off the trailer, you can see alongside the trailer in the background, and the cars are now missing. Camera switches back to the front of Mack, and the cars are back alongside again.
Suggested correction: Actually, they are still there. They're just out of view.

Monsters vs Aliens (2009)
Continuity mistake: It's shown in many scenes that the robot Gallaxar sends isn't particularly quick moving when it walks. But when it's chasing Ginormica around the city, even though Ginormica is sprinting away, it can catch her far more quickly than its speed would allow. It doesn't suddenly speed up - in the shots when the camera focuses on the robot again, you can still see it moving slowly.
