Question: At the apartment, Tintin can't find his magnifying glass and Snowy finds it for him. He says "Thank you" like he's annoyed at him. If he is annoyed at him, why is this?
Chosen answer: He must have thought that Snowy had found the magnifying glass and was playing with it. Like most dogs would do with a toy.

Chosen answer: John Travolta did a film in his youth called "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble" about a teenager whose immune system was so weak that almost any germ could kill him, so he lived in a plastic bubble.

Chosen answer: Pie is a slang for a woman's vagina. That's the meaning of this double entendre. He want to have sex with her and she just happened to have baked dessert.

Chosen answer: Amongst the many complaints people have about Jar-Jar is that he seems to be portraying an old stereotype of an ignorant black person. Lisa is probably commenting on this.

Question: Homer bans Bart from ever watching "The Itchy And Scratchy Movie". But what exactly is the audience meant to think about this? Is the audience meant to think Homer did the right thing or Homer did a severe thing and the audience wants Bart to watch The Itchy And Scratchy Movie?
Chosen answer: Like many great episodes of the Simpsons, this one does not give us a good or bad guy. Rather, it's examining a family dynamic; parents want to protect their children, children want to prove their maturity. Just like in real life, no one is being especially unreasonable, they're just butting heads by each trying to do what they think is best.

Chosen answer: They're still alive. When he says it earlier, he's trying to explain away his money from black marketeering during the war.

Question: Spoiler: How did Bruce survive the explosion?
Chosen answer: It is revealed afterward that he had fixed the autopilot on his aircraft. At some point prior to the explosion he bailed out and the craft continued on without him, taking the bomb far enough away for him to survive the blast.
It's not clear that he actually survived We did see him in the end but Alfred could have been imagining that Bruce was there It's up to us to decide if that is the case or not But it's not confirmed that he survived.
The Dark Knight Series has not been one to play with elements of imagination, or really leave things up to audience interpretation. I will relent that Christopher Nolan has a knack for this in some of his other movies. But here, things have remained pretty clear cut throughout the trilogy. We see that Bruce fixed the autopilot on The Bat, he basically delivers a map of the Batcave to Blake. And Alfred, being of sound mind and body, sees Bruce in a cafe at the end. Bruce survived.

Question: Has the car Bond uses to drive M to the Skyfall home to hide her from Silva ever been used in any other Bond films?
Chosen answer: Yes, it originally appeared in Goldfinger. Aston Martin DB5s have also appeared in a number of subsequent Bond movies, but have not always been intended to be the same car.
Answer: The DB5 also appears briefly in The World is Not Enough as a thermal image at the end and in a deleted scene. It also appears at the end of Spectre when Bond drives off.
Answer: The Aston Martin DB5 originally starred in Goldfinger then Thunderball in the pre-credit scene, then it appeared again in Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, Casino Royale (but this time it was owned by another character) and then Skyfall in which it gets blown up.

Question: Stan ditches Francine as a skating partner to skate with Roger because he's better than Francine and he does that because he wants to win the skating championship. Later in the episode, Stan realises it's not the winning that matters, then ditches Roger to skate with Francine not to win. But she declines. Why would she want to skate with him and not skate with him when he doesn't want to do it just to win?

Chosen answer: Roman Polanski has been a fugitive from the US Government since 1978 after fleeing to France to avoid a rape conviction. Marge probably told Homer this and he decided to punish "his little Roman Polanski" for the real one's crimes.

Question: At the end when Dobby is stabbed, Harry says he wants Hermione to get something from her bag and she doesn't do anything. Why would she not get anything from her bag. It's unlikely she wouldn't have her bag since she had it at the beginning of Part 2?
Chosen answer: Because she knows that she hasn't got anything in there that'll do any good. Harry's clutching at straws, begging her to pull out something that'll fix Dobby and save his life. She hasn't got anything that'll work, so she doesn't do it.

Question: Why did Harry say Snape was the bravest man he ever knew?
Chosen answer: Snape spent years pretending to be working for the most powerful Dark Wizard who ever existed, reporting back to Voldemort's greatest enemy, every moment risking the possibility of being found out and executed, probably in a very horrible and painfully prolonged fashion, knowing that if he died, there was every possibility that his name might never be cleared. Pretty good definition of bravery, I think you'll agree.
