Question: Sarah stated that she and Frank first knew each other by talking over the phone, but what exactly was it that first got them having conversations over the phone in the first place? (00:00:05)

Chosen answer: The check he got and keeps tearing up. The first time he didn't get it was probably a legitimate error and he did not get the check, so called her company to get a new one, and then fell in love with her voice so continued to destroy the checks to keep talking to her.

Question: Why is Marvin wearing a plastic sheet over his suit in the scene where he, Frank and Joe are interrogating Alexander Dunning? (01:04:15)

Chosen answer: Intimidation. The implication is that he's going to be spilling Dunning's blood during the interrogation and doesn't want to get his suit dirty.

Superman: Unbound (2013)

Question: Supergirl stops the missile from hitting the sun and switches its direction. After this the missile shoots off and explodes. Can someone explain to me what was it that caused the missile to explode? (01:02:45)

Chosen answer: If you'll notice, in order to change the trajectory of the missile, she blasts into it with her laser vision to make it vent and change its dynamics. This damage most likely is what caused the detonation by a chain reaction. Another possibility is that the missile was on a timer set to the amount of time it would take to reach the center of the sun. A missile designed to destroy a star in such a manner would obviously have an optimum effect from the very center. But the missile has to survive traveling through the star to get to the center, thus it would be made to withstand the plasma and heat to prevent impact or heat detonation. Thus it was likely timed.

Superman: Unbound (2013)

Question: If those people at the start wanted to blow up the roof of the building they raided, why did they wait to blow the roof until the police had left? (00:02:00 - 00:02:30)

Chosen answer: Originally, I thought this would have been to keep murder of police off their charges if things went wrong. But then I remembered several cops were shot and killed during the roof top shoot out before the thugs took off in the chopper. What they were most likely doing is waiting till the chopper was a safe distance from the explosives before detonating it, so they would not blow themselves up. Just so happens the cops got away during that time.

Question: Can someone explain to me what happened to the 52 version of Victoria?

Chosen answer: No. We don't know. Tower 52 is left unharmed, but it is likely that the Tet sent drone(s) to kill area 52 version of Victoria when her Jack was in a kerfuffle, to reinstate new versions of Victoria and Jack.

The Hangover (2009)

Question: If Doug was on the roof the whole time, what exactly has he been doing for the past day while the others try to find him? (01:31:00)

Chosen answer: For the most part, he was passed out or sleeping while waiting for someone to find him.

raywest

Answer: Mattress was tossed from higher up on the roof, and to push the plot forward the hotel workers go with the idea that some drunk tourist tossed it out a window.

Answer: Doug was with them most of the night. He was in the wedding pictures. I'm assuming it's presumed he went back on the roof for some reason, maybe to sleep since at some part they ransacked the hotel room and he got locked out because at the beginning roof scene Stu propped the door open. They probably were bringing the mattress up to chill on too and he got locked out.

Answer: Of course he was just waiting, sleeping or sleeping it off all that time, but myself I have to wonder; Why didn't any staff OR security find him before his friends?! I'm sure there had to be some daily maintenance work on the rooftop AC's or something, which Doug could use to get back down when they come up! For that matter, I'm sure that if Doug had sufficient wherewithal to signal help by throwing part of his bed off the roof, he could've tried again with either a torn-out padding chunk of the rest, thrown down in the sight of everyone (something soft so as not hurt anyone), disconnecting sundry parts of the aforementioned roof utilities to create something to draw maintenance and security, or some other method entirely. Add to that, finding his box spring in the landscaping would have set the hotel staff buzzing anyway.

It's odd that the guys on the roof removing his mattress didn't see Doug on the roof.

The workers removed the mattress from the porte cochere, which is only a couple stories high. Doug was stuck on the roof of a resort tower, which is substantially higher.

The guys didn't remove the mattress from the roof. It was a statue on top of the lobby entrance. The building is a massive high rise. They'd never look for the roof. Assuming someone broke open a window and pushed it out.

Question: What happened to Anakin Skywalker's father?

Chosen answer: According to his mother, there was no father; Anakin was conceived through the Force itself. Expanded Universe materials suggest that this occurred either as part of or as a consequence of Sith experiments carried out by Darth Plagueis, with the intent of creating the ultimate Sith apprentice.

Chosen answer: Because though he is really bad at it, SpongeBob has been giving it everything he has for years to get a license. Patrick can barely walk and remember to breathe at the same time, and gets his on the first try.

Question: In the LEGO video game, LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4, LEGO Gilderoy is revealed to wear a wig in the game. Does Gilderoy wear a wig in this movie? If so, when is it most noticeable?

Chosen answer: In the scene where Gilderoy is hastily packing his office after being "called out" to save Ginny, he is seen grabbing a wig off a head mannequin. This would imply that he did indeed wear a wig.
