Trivia: Ben Stiller said on Conan O'Brien's podcast that they filmed a much more grim version of the gasoline fight, with a long, drawn-out shot of the flames spreading and engulfing the models, filmed with three stuntmen actually aflame. He realised it was so detailed that it was just horrifying rather than funny. He also noted the explosion was bigger than planned and blew the windows out of the building opposite.

Trivia: The first episode "The Good Father" is named as a nod to the title of the first episode of the original series: "The Good Son".

Factual error: After the window of the plane is shot out, the aircraft dips into a major dive which Jinx struggles to rectify. There's no reason this would happen simply due to decompression - that would be uncomfortable for the passengers but not affect the plane's flight characteristics.

Trivia: The carousel Marisa Tomei shows Hugh Grant was also used as the location where Nic Cage's son is killed in Face/Off.

Trivia: Professor Weldon says people think she's an "Elinor" from Sense and Sensibility. Keith says he knows the character. Hugh Grant played Elinor's love interest in the 1995 film.

Continuity mistake: In the Soviet bunker, Batman hooks a soldier taking cover at a distance. In the next shot he's suddenly closer and in range to kick him.

Continuity mistake: During the fight at Osaka Continental between John and Caine, a knife lands near a display case corner. However, when the shot changes, the knife disappears.

Trivia: The opening of the film is a direct nod to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Trivia: Mermaid Barbie was originally going to be Denise Richards, but she had to drop out. Dua Lipa replaced her.
