Bruce Almighty (2003)

Bruce Almighty mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Bruce is doing his live report after going on air, he has a very shocked expression. But when we look at the live screens (in the studio), they show footage of him smiling earlier. (00:14:40)

Bruce Almighty (2003)

Revealing mistake: When Grace is watching Bruce's report at the Niagara Falls, it is obvious that the picture has been dubbed onto the TV because there is no reflection of light. (00:16:10)

Homer Goes to College - S5-E3

Audio problem: When Homer is talking to the family about their complaints about the nerds, he says something that ends in "where we can all live in harmony". When he says this the audio does not match his mouth movements.

Rosebud - S5-E4

Audio problem: At the end of the episode, there is a clip in 1 million AD. Mr Burns gets Bobo (his teddy bear) and says something to him. When he says this the lip sync is a little bit out as the audio doesn't match what he's saying.

Johnny English (2003)

Question: When Johnny clicks the gold pen twice in Pegasus' secretary's office, she falls down unconscious. I'm not sure why, can someone explain what the pen did to her, and why is she in a wheelchair afterwards?

OL1V3R666

Chosen answer: The pen is equiped with tiny tranquilizer darts. That's what hits the secretary. The tranquilizer seems to have either a very long effect or some side effects, as the secretary is partly immobilized thus the wheel chair.

The Simpsons (1989)

Chosen answer: Homer is imitating a pig's squeal, implying that the kid in the book is too fat for his liking (he can talk!).

Sierra1

Answer: Alternatively, the kid in question could just look like a pig in general.

Lisa's First Word - S4-E10

Revealing mistake: When Bart is swinging on the clothes line into the night, it is obvious that the brightness has been turned down because the sky is the same colour as in the previous shot. If it were night time, then the sky would be a dark purple colour. (00:04:20)

Simpson and Delilah - S2-E2

Other mistake: When Homer is giving people tartar sauce at the cafeteria, he says "plenty for everybody" with his mouth closed at the end of him saying it. However the photo in the newspaper is shown with his mouth open. Also, for the last part of "everybody" his mouth doesn't move.
