Visible crew/equipment: When Dana arrives at the Ghostbusters' office, a crew member can be seen moving behind the filing cabinets behind where Janine is sitting. It could be Venkman, but even after Venkman walks over to Dana, there's still a rogue hand there, showing us it wasn't Venkman and was a crew member. (00:22:10)

Audio problem: The audio for the Gatling cannon used by the second Samurai warrior in the first battle scene is incorrect as it uses the effect for a gun with a much lower rate of fire even though initially the film is going at a normal pace with no slowdown.

Plot hole: When Angel is being pursued by the Lilliad demons, he is holding his son Connor and is talking to him in the car. Later on it is revealed that he is in fact holding a teddy bear with a bomb attached to it. If it wasn't his son, why was he talking to it? It couldn't be to fool the Lilliad demons because they wouldn't be able to hear him, as they were in separate vehicles.

Continuity mistake: Right before Holtz and his men arrive at the hotel, Angel arranges three of Connor's toys in his cot. One of them is a teddy bear which he places in the middle of the cot. Continuity mistake: Just as Yoda starts fighting Darth Sidious, Yoda's walking stick disappears from the ground behind him.
Chosen answer: Thor sounds nothing like "thaw" (at least, not with Jane's accent). Also, "Thor" is not an uncommon name in Scandanavian countries, and even if she didn't assume he was from there, she probably just thought it was an odd name and left it at that.
