Revealing mistake: In the hall of mirrors Travolta runs behind the mirrors in order to get the drop on Cage. Cage starts shooting, but when he stops and lowers his arm the muzzle flash (and possibly the gunfire as well) from his gun continues as if he's still firing.

Trash - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jayne is telling Simon and River to keep clear of Saffron, he is holding some things wrapped in tin foil (possibly food). He places them on a table next to him. River then calls Saffron a liar. In the following shot of Jayne, one of the food packets has been torn open. River later says that "Jayne" is a girl's name. Trivia: The assault takes place on Precinct 9, Division 13. There is no "Precinct 13" in the film. At first John Carpenter wanted to call the film "The Anderson Alamo" (the original title of his screenplay), and at one point he changed the working title to "The Siege." CKK, the film's distributor, was responsible for the misnomer; it rejected Carpenter's titles and came up with the name "Assault on Precinct 13" (which it felt was more ominous sounding) during post-production.
