Continuity mistake: When Dr. Andrews tells Mrs. Cross via video chat that her husband has blood in his NG tube, the clock in the top left corner of Mrs. Cross' phone says 5:09. Two shots later, it has suddenly changed to 5:01. A few moments later it changes to 5:10, then back to 5:01 and then for some reason to 4:53 at the end of the scene.

Continuity mistake: The first time Peter is inside the memory with his mother, two ornamental flags can be seen hanging on a wall next to a light switch as they talk in the living room. One of these flags suddenly turns roughly 45° to the left without anyone touching it. (00:07:33)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Sean and Beverly are on the phone with Eileen Jaffee. In some shots Sean is holding the phone upside down, and in others he's holding it the right way up.
