Audio problem: When the temple floor cracks, Indy holds Elsa from falling into the void and she gives a very loud cry, but her mouth is closed.

Audio problem: In the bar, when the Mongolian is shot at the face and burns alive he screams in pain, but he never opens his mouth.

Audio problem: While Indy tries to escape from the Well of Souls a stick in his mouth falls on Marion, who starts to cry very loudly; however, her mouth doesn't move an inch.

Audio problem: While Indy and Short are trapped in the room with the spiked ceiling, Indy takes his hand out through a hole and grabs Willie's hand by surprise. A loud cry is heard, but she doesn't mouth it nor reacts with surprise.

Audio problem: In the dream-café Cobb talks to Ariadne right before telling her that it's all a dream, but from a side angle the mouth doesn't match the sound coming out, which obviously belongs to the front angles.

Mary Poppins (1964)

Audio problem: After the credits, Bert makes a riddle about the cop and right after his accordion is heard, but he isn't playing it.

Audio problem: When Mr. Big and Carrie are talking in the bathroom, from a shot from behind while he talks his jaw moves up and down, but for several seconds he is quiet but his jaw keeps moving. Surely the audio belongs to the front shots.

Audio problem: The auctioneer says the object that Oliver is bidding on is Japanese, but the insert angle of the brochure said it was Chinese. It could be a character mistake, but that wouldn't move the plot anywhere and, besides, this is a movie, so the one who designed the brochure most probably didn't know what the script said.

Crash (2004)

Audio problem: When the two friends run over the Chinaman and they discuss over it, you can hear them, but not see them, say, "Man this is so f***ed up" "No s**t". The background sound is clean as opposed to the live one, and the voices sound totally different to that of the actors. Furthermore, in a brief shot of the guy in a yellow jacket is seen, and he is not mouthing the words.

Lord of War (2005)

Audio problem: During the opening credits, when the bullet's in the factory, the box in front gets a lid put on and then nailed. The box the bullet is in gets a lid on but no hammering is heard, so all the bullets would have fallen off when the box was loaded off the belt.

Audio problem: Landa enters the farmer's house and talks to the girls but a side angle shows his mouth not moving, despite sound coming out. It only starts moving when he says the word 'Monsieur'.
