We get one shot of her again with her head and arm outside before the shot changes to the security camera angle, and in this shot only her head is sticking out from the doors, with no time for her to move her arm (which was stuck) back inside the lift car. Continuity mistake: When the lift malfunctions, we see a shot from the security camera showing the lift going up and the lady's head being near the top of the lift door. The camera then changes to a shot from above the lift door, and we see the lift moving towards the camera, but her head is now at the bottom of the lift door again. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Matt pulls Alice into the mansion at the beginning of the movie and the SWAT team comes through the windows, the main SWAT member pulls Alice aside and asks for her report. If you watch the scene Alice has one arm at her side and one across her chest. A split second later it shows her reflected in the eye lenses on the SWAT member's mask and Alice has her arms crossed in front of her. Another split second later they show Alice again and her arms are in the original position. (00:13:35)
