Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie where Monty is looking at his old school photo, look closely at his beard. In the next scene when he's in the classroom talking to 'his old friend' his beard has a completely different shape.
Continuity mistake: When Joe is leaving the dinner party after talking to the grief counselor, he puts on his jacket and the collar of his sweater is flat underneath it. The camera cuts away and when you see him again his collar is standing up closer to his neck. Then the camera cuts away and his collar is flat under his jacket when it comes back to him again.
Continuity mistake: In the last shot of Day-Day in bed with two girls, his hat falls off, then is back on, between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the scene on the ferry, when Williams and Pacino are talking, in the shots showing Williams, Pacino is facing the center of the ferry frequently, while immediately afterward in the shots showing Pacino, he is facing Williams again.
Continuity mistake: When Rex strangles Pluto, Dina, who was right by Pluto's side in the close-up, disappears in the side-on shot.
Continuity mistake: When the pregnant Sarah watches the girls trick-or-treating Mateo there's a shot of her belly where she looks like she's almost due, but in later scenes it's much smaller, especially when she tries to keep Johnny from leaving the apartment and holds her hand against her absolutely flat belly. Continuity mistake: When Carmela comes to Pero's place and surprises the gang he greets her trying to act cool, leaning against the wall with his arm up. There's a brief shot of Carmela where we also see a bit of Pero who is not moving at all, then the camera is back on Pero and he raises his arm again. (00:55:15)
Continuity mistake: Amaro gets beaten up by Ruben and receives some bruises in his face. A little later, when he meets Amelia in the church, the bruises are gone. (00:57:50)
Continuity mistake: When Harry's guide is captured by the British troops, they flog him. In the very next scene his back shows no evidence of him ever being whipped.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Melanie is on the beach with Jake and she goes to kiss him she has her hands on his face, but in the next shot her arms are stretched out and she wraps them around his neck. (01:36:20)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning with the campers as the guy says "You were right, this is definitely better than being," the girl is holding her cup with both hands around it. When it cuts, she is holding the handle of the cup. (00:00:35)
Continuity mistake: During the ice show Smoochy gets crowned by the fairy who flies in from above. Right before he sits down at the desk to read the "Smoochy Hits #1" issue of Variety, the crown falls off and rolls away across the ice. When he's sitting at the desk, the crown is back. (01:32:51)
Continuity mistake: Rachael leaves the party with one hairdo, and arrives at Cassandra's place a few minutes later with a completely different one.
Continuity mistake: When Liam and his other two mates are inside there house, Liam looks at the projection screen and stands up to take the slide out of the machine. Continuity mistake: When Viktor is talking to Simone, sipping his Jack Daniels he sets it down and the label is pointing away from him - the next shot the label is pointing towards him.
Continuity mistake: When the main character goes to visit the foreign girl she puts him to work raking leaves. Seeing the amount of leaves all over the lawn he puts into action a plan to quicken the task. Later we see a bunch of piles of leaves all over the yard. While speaking with the girl you can see the piles of leaves in the background. At one point, as they are speaking back and forth, the lawn has leaves spread out all over it. Then, as they continue to speak back and forth, the leaves are once again in neat piles.
Continuity mistake: After his arrival at Hawaii Barry calls his sister from a phone booth to ask her for Lena's hotel and phone number. From the side we see two men standing next to him, but between shots these two men get replaced by two women. (01:01:35)
Continuity mistake: Right after Paul goes home with the doctor, the doctor and his wife are clearing the dinner table talking about Paul staying at the house. The wife turns to the dinner table and is holding 2 napkins. The camera angle changes and the wife is now seen walking 2 glasses over to the sink.
Continuity mistake: Clint Eastwood is viewing the security camera tape from the store on his boat. As Graciela arrives carrying a paper bag, the scarf covering her sweater changes position at least twice.
Continuity mistake: When Spyder is arrested he is more or less naked because the cops wouldn't let him dress. Then in jail you see him and Cook talking and he's got nothing but a blanket on. However when the show a clip of him during his arrest on 'Bust TV', he has a t-shirt on.
