Continuity mistake: When Carmela comes to Pero's place and surprises the gang he greets her trying to act cool, leaning against the wall with his arm up. There's a brief shot of Carmela where we also see a bit of Pero who is not moving at all, then the camera is back on Pero and he raises his arm again. (00:55:15)

Continuity mistake: When Leon is threatening Pero with his knife key-chain in several close-ups Pero's left hand is raised. In between we seen him from the side and the arm is on the ground. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: When Pero and Cosimo meet in the prison yard after the disastrous Mullinski (Pero was paid off to step in for Cosimo's sentence) there's the same elderly extra with longish white hair in different shots behind Pero as well as behind Cosimo. (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: After Pero has been thrown down the stairs Leon is sitting on him and threatening him with his knife key-chain. In close-up we see Pero's head lying between Rosalind's feet, but in the next shot she is still coming down the stairs. (00:19:05)
