Continuity mistake: When the guys visit Kenny in prison, they put their fists on the glass, the angle of their fists changes between shots. Most notably Scarface (on the right).
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Michael (Jeremy Piven) kills his brother Adam in the parking lot, you can see that when he pulls out of the parking space, he turns his vehicle around. The camera cuts from an outside view (where Adam's minivan is) to inside Mike's car. If you watch, Mike turns his steering wheel to the left but his car turns to the right when the camera switches back.
Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Peel and Steed are playing chess, some pieces are on the wrong squares.
Continuity mistake: In the love scene with Gia and Linda you can see a band-aid on Gia's middle finger on her left hand twice but the third time you see her left hand it's gone.
Continuity mistake: When the matchmaker grabs Mulan's hand her palm is shown to be covered in ink. She then unwittingly paints herself a goatee. However, immediately after this she grabs the teapot's handle but no ink rubs off onto it. The ink miraculously disappears from her palm as well.
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the bedroom where the mother walks in on Gwyneth supposedly naked, she runs and jumps underneath the covers. However, you can see her underwear on as she pulls the covers over her. (00:04:28)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where DMX is with the two younger guys for dinner and one of them shoots the other, when he drops down on the table his arms fall off the table, but in the next shot they're neatly rested on top of the table.
Continuity mistake: When Isabel is helping the daughter make a tree more lifelike, Isabel paints the limbs outside of the round yellow ball shape. In the next scene when the daughter tries to do it, there are no limbs going out of the yellow ball shape. (00:49:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the Rangers Station, the tuning dial on the radio disappears and then re-appears.
Continuity mistake: In the confrontation scene where all of Mary's admirers are forcing her to choose between them, Woogie is sat on the couch with a pile of Mary's shoes. Every time the camera shoots back to him, you will notice that the position of the shoes changes each time. This is also mentioned by the directors on the DVD commentary.
Continuity mistake: A few times when Emily fights with the intruder, her hair changes from being in a ponytail, to down. (00:46:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they are talking to Snipes girlfriend. Downey says he killed them with his bare hands and shows her a picture of a guy shot twice in the chest.
Continuity mistake: The business card given to Dan Zavitz by Bobby Dean in the lingerie shop is not the same business card removed from his pocket by the agent after he gets hit by the fire truck (second timecode). Continuity mistake: Just before Helen gets hit by a car, it is pouring with rain, and she and James are soaked, although when she is about to cross the road, the rain has stopped and they are both suddenly dry. (01:23:55)
Continuity mistake: In the end Montoya fires the gun then presses it to his neck to cauterize the wound. However if you watch he never touches the gun to his neck.
Continuity mistake: When the Jesuit tries to kill King Louis, Louis grabs a long bladed knife and stabs the Jesuit in the chest, but when the camera pulls back, the knife is gone, and no one has made a move to pull it out of his chest. Only the blade that D'Artanian threw at him is there.
Continuity mistake: At the first meeting, Irwin puts down the two cardboard Gorgonites next to each other. During Larry's presentation they can be seen further apart and when Mr. Mars is describing his vision of smart toys they are further apart still. (00:04:00 - 00:06:15)
Continuity mistake: When Julia Costello goes to leave Ned Campbell's hotel room he grabs her by her upper arms. She did not even flinch, which considering she had recently been shot in the upper left arm is a little strange.
Continuity mistake: When Vivo finds Pantucci snooping around the cargo, he throws him to the middle of the mercenaries, and they all get around him, including T. Ray who smiles at him; when T. Ray smiles at Joey he is standing up, but when he gives the first kick he is sitting down.
