Revealing mistake: During the draining of the water in the dish, some shots show the water moving backwards. For instance, at a particular moment, masses of water jump up, arc toward the opening, and fall in it. The most likely reason is that, during the filming, the special effects people took a shot of a replica of the dish filling with water, then edited it the other way to show that the water was emptied from the dish. Revealing mistake: At the end of the chase scene with the Mercedes and the pickup truck, the Mercedes flips on its side and slams into a tree. As the Mercedes falls back onto its roof, you can see a rope attached to the trunk used to pull the Mercedes over.
Revealing mistake: In one of the final scenes where Stallone is hanging out of the Statue of Liberty, you can see that his "JUSTICE TATTOO" on his upper arm is a fake. You can see at the edge of the tattoo that it is glued on the skin.
Revealing mistake: When the Rangers kick Oozemen's ass, the pink Ranger starts off with the "You guys make me sick sick sick -kick". However, when the camera turns to the Army men present, you can see the reflection of the villain's face on the glass.
Revealing mistake: In the final battle scene Morgan grabs a rope and swings from one ship to the other. She grabs the rope over her head and keeps the rest of the rope in front of her. The rope remains taut all the way to her waist. If she were really holding herself onto the rope, it would be dangle loosely below her hand. The tautness of the rope reveals the safety equipment used in the shot.
Revealing mistake: When everyone jumps from the plane, all of the stunt doubles are easily seen - [Dr. Elliot's stunt double is ridiculously easy to spot!] (00:37:00)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Angela is in jail, she goes to make her one phone call. When she is talking on the phone you can see that the receiver is already in the down position, meaning that the call is already disconnected.

Revealing mistake: In the scene when Joey got busted by the FBI for hacking, he was taking a shower. They then took him to the living room and sat him down on couch with nothing but a towel wrapped around him. As they confiscated Lucy the computer for evidence, he lunged over the couch to try to save her/it. The towel falls off and his butt is in plain view, but his genitals don't exist. Instead, there is a flesh colored pad concealing his privates from the viewers. (00:32:40)
Revealing mistake: When the two ladies go to the party relatively near the beginning, one goes off to the toilet. The other one gets shot (through the cushion) she then falls back on a coffee table which completely shatters before she even hits it. (00:26:10)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Sid has had his hand blown to pieces, and he is running, you can see that that arm is longer than the other, that the damaged hand has been attached to Russel's arm.
Revealing mistake: In the beginning when Keanu Reeves goes to a ruined building in the ghetto to get the info inside his head extracted (at least that's what he expects) he comes across a couple of bad guys. Watch closely though as he hits the black guy, and you'll see that he actually doesn't hit him at all.
