Continuity mistake: As Rhodey and Tony are walking by a building, Rhodey tells Tony to not worry, as in two years he can fire Stane. The first view shows their shadows directly under them, like the sun is at its zenith. It then cuts to a shot from above their heads and now their shadows are elongated and cast on the wall beside them. (00:09:35)
The Alexander the Greater Affair (1) - S2-E1
Character mistake: When Alexander organizes the human chess game in his courtyard, the "pieces" stand the wrong way on the board, with a dark square in the lower right hand corner. That corner is always a light square. (00:22:50)
About a Girl - S1-E3
Visible crew/equipment: Right after the opening credits, when Dr. Finn tells Bortus, "I will not perform a sex change on a perfectly healthy newborn," the camera pans to the left as she walks to her desk, and the yellow T-mark can be seen on the floor in her office, where Bortus will stand. Wonder Woman vs Gargantua - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When the truck carrying the caged gorilla pulls into the alleyway, just as Hans and Carl exit the truck and walk away, the blue-sleeved arm of the cameraman/crew member is visible as it moves upward, at the right side of the screen.
Fine Feathered Finks (1) - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Batman starts the Bat-Turn, the parachutes are shown deploying on a 6-lane major roadway (3 lanes in each direction) in a very open area, but after completing the 180-degree turn, the car is shown driving away from the crumpled chutes on a much narrower side street among tall buildings. Blood Donut - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When Flores discovers her cell phone is missing from the hole in the wall she goes nuts, slams the stall door and kicks it in. After she is taken away there's a closeup of the stall and we can see the metal spring that was duct-taped to the bottom of the wall inside.
Episode #6.7 - S6-E7
Continuity mistake: When Edith stops by her office Laura's there and she's holding a cigarette, which keeps switching between her left and right hands while the two women talk.
Continuity mistake: The yellow Aston Martin DBS that Gambit and Purdey give chase to at 0:09:45 transforms itself into a yellow Audi 100 Coupe at 00:15:00. Also the "P" registration mark (1975-6) on the Aston is incorrect as the marque had been discontinued in 1972.
Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When Joker zaps Wonder Woman and her mother, they are both standing in front of their thrones and fall forwards. But when Wonder Woman stands back up, her mother, still unconscious, is suddenly off to the side and behind the thrones. (00:11:35)
Continuity mistake: After the drive-by shooting at the Federal Building, when Owen and Sam escort the defector and his girlfriend into the sedan, the license plate number is "5GOI417" which soon changes to "5PCI294" when Sam drives backwards. Then it changes back to "5GOI417" when Owen and Sam leave the car, and yet it's "5PCI294" again when Owen points his gun at the camera.
Continuity mistake: During the introduction, the snake tries to get away from someone who is supposedly Blackadder. He gets the snake. It's head is above a black tile. There is then a close-up of the snake, Blackadder wags his finger at it. It is now above a white tile.
Visible crew/equipment: When Kel gets up to get more water you can see one of the cameras.
Rising (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When they first arrive on Teyla's planet, the DHD is close to the gate. When the wraith attack, the DHD is much further from the gate.
Deliberate mistake: During the civilian sheriff's pursuit of the Navy car, the sheriff is occasionally visible in the passenger seat of his patrol car instead of the driver's seat.
Continuity mistake: When Tommy is escaping into the mountains to try and help, a small bit of his jacket tears off onto a tree branch. MacGyver later sees it, but the branch that the torn piece is on looks entirely different. (00:21:10 - 00:22:10)
Night of the Nearly Dead - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the old women are grabbing at Eoin at the front door in one shot the top pane of the window on the left of the door is broken and an arm is coming through it, in another shot the bottom pane is broken and the top one is intact and arm is coming through the bottom pane and in the very next shot the top pane is broken again and the bottom one is intact again. (00:13:05)
Continuity mistake: When Kellerman orders Hale to give him his weapon, Kellerman pulls out his own weapon with his left hand. In the next shot, his gun is in his right hand, and he then transfers it back to his left. (00:36:45)
Communication Breakdown - S5-E19
Character mistake: When Mac, Stella, and Danny are trying to determine where the fired bullet entered the train car, none of them are wearing rubber gloves. But even though they're not handling any evidence, they're still processing a crime scene. (00:05:00)
Suggested correction: Theoretically correct, but it can be argued that the only evidence present is the bullet (which has DNA and prints burnt off when fired) and the body (which can only be handled by the MEs) gloves are not required.

What utter rubbish. No CSI would enter a crime scene without first putting on latex gloves - it is a carved-in-stone rule.
Exactly. Since Mac, Stella and Danny were processing a crime scene, they would need to wear gloves because without them, they would have contaminated a crime scene by not only getting their fingerprints over everything but, if one of them got a cut or scrape, their DNA would also be thrown into the mix and any defense attorney can call them out on their carelessness and have any evidence thrown out.
