About a Girl - S1-E3
Visible crew/equipment: Right after the opening credits, when Dr. Finn tells Bortus, "I will not perform a sex change on a perfectly healthy newborn," the camera pans to the left as she walks to her desk, and the yellow T-mark can be seen on the floor in her office, where Bortus will stand. (00:03:25)
The Crossing - S1-E2
Visible crew/equipment: After Hank Dale tells Steve Pinkus that he wants to know "How it feels to get away with murder," Hank throws a punch, and in the next wide shot we can see the second cameraman's arms holding an additional camera, presumably to film the close-up, at the right side of the screen. (00:32:35)
Rising (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When they first arrive on Teyla's planet, the DHD is close to the gate. When the wraith attack, the DHD is much further from the gate.
Deliberate mistake: During the civilian sheriff's pursuit of the Navy car, the sheriff is occasionally visible in the passenger seat of his patrol car instead of the driver's seat.
Continuity mistake: When Kellerman orders Hale to give him his weapon, Kellerman pulls out his own weapon with his left hand. In the next shot, his gun is in his right hand, and he then transfers it back to his left. (00:36:45)
Communication Breakdown - S5-E19
Character mistake: When Mac, Stella, and Danny are trying to determine where the fired bullet entered the train car, none of them are wearing rubber gloves. But even though they're not handling any evidence, they're still processing a crime scene. (00:05:00)
Revealing mistake: When Syd's Dad rescues her in the car park, he starts shooting at the other car. After firing one shot the slide of his gun locks back (indicating it's out of bullets), but when the angle changes he carries on firing with no problems. (00:43:20)
Power Hungry - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When they're transporting Joseph Meegar out of the building and into the ambulance, you can see the reflection of the boom mike on the open car door, (the car Charlie is putting Mr. Fischer into). (00:41:00)
The Odyssey - S1-E14
Continuity mistake: When Wilson jams the pistol in Oliver's face, Wilson is holding the gun in his right hand. When the shot changes, it flips - he is suddenly holding it in his left hand, and his previous un-scarred left eye now has some scrapes around it.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1-19, "Hot Dogs": in the scene where Mandy is reading "Judy Blume," she holds the book with her hands on both covers, but in the next shot, her right hand jumps to the bottom of the book's spine. (00:20:20)
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Janice are discussing the DNR, there is a piece of black ribbon hanging from Janice's necklace in some shots, which is not there in others.
Fool Me Once - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Beckett goes to the bathroom to read Castle's book and Castle peers over the top of the cubical to tell her what page the sex scene is on, she is holding the book with her fingers between the pages dividing the book into 2 sections. These 2 sections switch to 3 and then back to 2 between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Dylan pulls up to the After Dark, a group of guys come over and ogle his car, but when Dylan enters the club, one of the guys outside is already at the bar. (00:11:15 - 00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: When Charlie is in his office talking to Larry, while going over the potential killers and victims, he writes the word "Killers" on the board and circles it. Then, when Charlie notices that Larry has left and says "gone", the writing is different. The 'k' is wider, and most noticeably, the left side of the circle is gone, and the loop in his 's' disappears. Once Charlie goes back to working, the word changes back to how it was originally written. (00:38:20)
Continuity mistake: When Mike Nelson asks Donna for help in dealing with Nadine, Donna's right hand is inside her locker, looking for something. It then mysteriously jumps to the top of the stack of books she has in her other hand. (00:12:45)
Suggested correction: Theoretically correct, but it can be argued that the only evidence present is the bullet (which has DNA and prints burnt off when fired) and the body (which can only be handled by the MEs) gloves are not required.

What utter rubbish. No CSI would enter a crime scene without first putting on latex gloves - it is a carved-in-stone rule.
Exactly. Since Mac, Stella and Danny were processing a crime scene, they would need to wear gloves because without them, they would have contaminated a crime scene by not only getting their fingerprints over everything but, if one of them got a cut or scrape, their DNA would also be thrown into the mix and any defense attorney can call them out on their carelessness and have any evidence thrown out.
