Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: Frost bumps into Mullett's car and breaks a brake light. Part of the red casing falls to the floor. When Frost walks over to look at the damage and sweep it away with his foot, a light bulb is now on the floor. (00:09:50)
Continuity mistake: When Hayes passes Perry the laptop onboard the plane, the screen shows VLC media player on the screen. When we see Perry, the laptop is showing the desktop. (00:17:00)

A Day in the Life of Retsuko - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: After Ton bashes Retsuko for not getting her tea right, she sings some death metal in the bathroom before joining Fenneko back at the computers and they start talking. Between them is a pink cup with some orange scissors, and an assortment of writing utensils. They are fanned out, but show that the red one is closed to Retsuko with the black in the middle and the yellow closer to Fenneko. When the camera changes angles to show them both sitting there, this order of pens is flipped, with the scissors still being in the same spot.
Factual error: Gay pride flags are visible in a window. The 6 color flags shown were introduced in 1979 (though an 8 color flag preceded it in 1978). (00:30:44)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Episode 1 - When the commissioner kisses his wife at the beginning of the first episode, he is holding the holstered gun in his left hand and his ID in the right hand. That's in the first shot, because his daughter enters the room bringing coffee, and now the two items swapped hand. (00:05:10)
Visible crew/equipment: Brenda walks into the interrogation room to question Koslov. When we see Brenda on the monitor with her back turned, the outline of her mic transmitter bodypack is visible at her lower back, then as she takes a seat across from Koslov, we see the mic transmitter behind her. Continuity mistake: After the crash, Myka helps Pete out of the wreck. There is blood on his shirt, which disappears when he sits down on the road.
Factual error: When Miss Charlesworth asks where everybody has gone and Letitia answers, you can get a good view of her desk, sporting above it amongst many photos also an illustration surely out of place in 1928: the "We can do it!" girl created by J. Howard Miller in 1942 and more or less apocryphally identified with Rosie the Riveter, a feminist icon that is quite specific to WW2. (00:22:10)
The Book of Occupation: Chapter Two - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: The first time Black Lightning is approached by the female character with the necklace, it shows that the necklace with the charm is sitting on the side of her neck. Then a few seconds later, the necklace with the charm is perfectly placed in the middle of her neck. (00:09:39)
Factual error: Throughout the show bottles of liquor have sprout dispensers attached to them. Sprout dispensers were not invented until the 1960s.
The Thing About Heroes - S5-E2
Other mistake: Officer Burgess kicks in a door with a lock and deadbolt and does no damage to the door frame. (00:46:21)
Continuity mistake: When Prince Aegon tells King Viserys that everyone knows that his grandsons are bastards, he's looking straight at him but in the next shot he isn't.
New Business - S7-E9
Continuity mistake: Pima Ryan is standing behind her Hasselblad camera, directing models on set. When the camera view changes her waist-level viewfinder goes from an upright position to being flattened down, without anyone touching it. (00:15:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy Smits and Dave Navarro are talking to the shopkeeper, a microphone wire can be plainly seen under Navarro's wife-beater. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Nico is burning the photo of her father, she burns it at the top left corner in a close-up shot. Then in the following shot the photo is suddenly burning at the top right corner instead.
