Continuity mistake: Quinn is with Maggie and OA when they are attacked by a host of bad guys. Quinn jumps up and starts running toward a doorway as OA and Maggie are engaged in a gunfight. Although time elapses, when they cut back to Maggie and OA, Quinn is the same distance to the door as he was earlier.

Continuity mistake: Maigret comes home after a challenging day and slips into bed with his wife on the left side (facing) of the bed. From that point on, all of the following scenes have him on the other side.

Continuity mistake: Voight spots blood on the door of a building next to the wounded CPD officer in the alley. The door is either open wide or narrow depending upon the shot. Also, Voight goes through the door twice.

Factual error: After having been shot and coming close to death, Dr. Nolan survives critical surgery and, yet, when DC Li enters his hospital room to visit, he is unconnected to any of the usual devices one would expect for a patient who has just completed surgery.

Plot hole: Early in the film, Sydney flies to Paris from Chicago on Air France, arriving at night, which can only mean she took a morning flight. Air France only flies an evening flight to Paris from Chicago, which lands in the morning.

Plot hole: Later in the film, as they are preparing for the final battle, when Major Vickers is in his office, the other officer addresses him as captain.

Plot hole: The British cavalry travels across the desert to rescue their comrades whom the infidels have captured. The cavalry stops some distance from the entrance of the fortress before the signal to rush forward—led by a long line of troops atop galloping horses. When they enter the compound, foot soldiers are accompanying them.

Knockover - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Early in the episode, the killer approaches the victim as she sits on a bench at the bus stop. He is facing her and shoots her in the chest and then turns and moves to his left, but he is then shown approaching her from the other side (her left).

Continuity mistake: Arthur and Edward are sitting in their office with their lawyer having a long discussion. The lawyer is sitting at one end of the table with Arthur at the other end. When the show returns to them after a brief cutaway, the lawyer is seated at the side of the table.

Continuity mistake: DC Li is wearing a white crewneck sweater with a blue band on the neckline until this episode, when she is suddenly wearing a blue button-up shirt. All episodes take place on a single flight.

Continuity mistake: Volchek is in the garage watching three large tractor trailers pull in. The first to the left, the second to the right, and the third pulls in and parks in the middle. After that, when Volchek and his accomplice walk out of the garage, the centre is empty.

BYOB - S1-E3

Other mistake: Ballard and Laffont head to the country club to talk with a suspect in their cold case. Laffont takes a photo out of his jacket, looks around, and says, "There he is." Then they walk over to the suspect, whose back is to them, and who turns around when they approach. No way they could have confirmed the person was the same as the one in the photo from behind them.

Plot hole: Ep 6 Ffion, with backing by a squad of police, is in a frantic search to find the killer's latest victim. She finds something and calls into headquarters, whereby the DCI says, "I'll send backup." She already has a swarm of police aiding in the search.

Antwerp Blues - S1-E6

Plot hole: Harry is sent to Amsterdam to find and safely return Brandan and Seraphina, who are engaged in an illegal diamond transaction. Maeve tells Ritchie Stevenson the hotel in Amsterdam where they are staying. However, Brandan and Seraphina have left to head to a secret rendezvous, which Harry finds out about with considerable effort. But Ritchie's henchmen show up to ambush the Harrigans. Neither Ritchie nor anyone on his team could have possibly known of this location.

Eco Resort - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: S1 E3 Eco Resort Kate leaves her tent at night with her water bottle. She stops to take a picture of the moon without a bottle. She then moves behind a tree to watch Nick crying again without a bottle. She moves in another direction and enters her tent carrying her water bottle.
