Visible crew/equipment: When Dani hands the spider back to Miles after he uses it to scare Flora, just after she says "Including me" and the spider moves from Dani's hand to Miles' hand, a red tape marker can be seen on the ground right under Victoria Pedretti's left foot. (00:34:09)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Storm and Professor X can be seen on the asphalt between the grass and the mansion, behind and to the viewer's left of two boys. When the shot changes, they are suddenly on the grass and in front of the two boys. (00:00:50)
Factual error: Throughout the show bottles of liquor have sprout dispensers attached to them. Sprout dispensers were not invented until the 1960s.
Factual error: In the scene, Floki walks towards a small waterfall today known as Kvernufoss. Floki is supposed to be the only inhabitant if not the entire Iceland, at least the region, as we are shown no sign of civilisation whatsoever, and as historical record tell us about Iceland in the early 800s (as the events of Vikings seem to take place). But a well beaten footpath is visible, leading to the waterfall at the end of the canyon. That path is an oft-travelled path tourists follow nowadays to reach Kvernufoss, a well-known site in the area. A path like that in Floki's time would simply not have existed (there is nothing in that canyon but that waterfall, no reason to go there if not for sightseeing) and represents a (tiny) intrusion of our modern world in a show set in the middle age Iceland. Continuity mistake: When Marshall first finds Trip's letter, he holds it from the left side. In the close-up, he's holding it from the right side. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When Assane gives his boy a gift, look at Claire's necklace when she starts getting defensive about the 'doctor's appointment'. The chain is caught on the collar and tucked all the way up next to her shoulder in some shots and normally down in a V in the rest. (00:07:40)
The Thing About Heroes - S5-E2
Other mistake: Officer Burgess kicks in a door with a lock and deadbolt and does no damage to the door frame. (00:46:21)
Glory Days - S8-E3
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, during the final shootout, Murdoch ambushes an armed bad guy in the attic and jumps through the wooden wall with him. As they fall down, Murdoch's trademark hat spectacularly flies off his head, but in the next overhead cut - showing him and the bad guy lying on the ground - the hat is on his head again.
Old Friends, New Names - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Pete tells Tiff that he has so many questions. She reaches his face and holds it between her hands. She has two fingers on his ear, then her index only, then the fingertips are on his chin. (00:02:10)
Character mistake: When Columbo is in Mr Benedict's house with Mr Benedict, he calculates the cost of Mr Benedict's house at $720,000. A moment later Mr Benedict asks Columbo; "How did you arrive with that figure, $750,000?" (00:43:20)
Other mistake: When Tarkin walks out of the Batch's quarters and the shock troopers follow him, the one on the right side of the door has his hands positioned to hold a blaster, but no weapon is present. (00:38:35)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the soldiers enter the room after shooting Ae-sin's mother, she is shown lying on the floor. She then turns around and shoots one of soldiers whilst lying on the floor, but when the second soldier shoots her, she is suddenly standing up. (00:58:25)
Factual error: In the initial opening credits, there's a statement that the flying battle scenes were flown by the Air Force. At the time of the events depicted there was only the Army Air Corps. 1947 was the beginning of the Air Force.
Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the characters are gathered thinking back about part 1 of the case. Amazingly enough, the propmaster's armpit ate the A of his shirt. Now he's not a "BADMAN", he's a "BADMN." (00:02:05)
Other mistake: The opening credits on the first ever episode of Coronation Street in 1960 give the copyright year in Roman numerals as MCMLXIX, which is 1969, and not MMX, which is 1960. (00:00:01)
Combat Jack - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: Multiple times during the "Fixin' To Die" song, a reflector screen can be seen in the glasses of Ray. (00:37:30)
Stupidity: Andor and Luthen set a vehicle to drive and distract the security team. The vehicle is destroyed, and they immediately round the corner in full view of the team on a speeder and drive away, then blow up the vehicle. They could have driven away on any number of other streets without revealing that they weren't in the vehicle, keeping their escape secret. And if they blew it up before the team looked too closely they might have even been deemed to have been killed in the crash. (00:32:19 - 00:32:43)
Continuity mistake: When Park Eun-hee is talking into a video camera there are some on-screen icons for the camera: zoom, battery level, etc. Initially there are two guide lines on the zoom level bar. When the view changes then switches back a few seconds later, there is only one guide line.
Continuity mistake: When Hayes passes Perry the laptop onboard the plane, the screen shows VLC media player on the screen. When we see Perry, the laptop is showing the desktop. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: Frost bumps into Mullett's car and breaks a brake light. Part of the red casing falls to the floor. When Frost walks over to look at the damage and sweep it away with his foot, a light bulb is now on the floor. (00:09:50)
