Going Home - S3-E11
Other mistake: In the October 2011 flashback, when Mary Margaret gives Henry the storybook for the first time, he opens it to show Pinocchio and Geppetto in an illustration. However, according to 1-20 "The Stranger", Pinocchio's story was not added to the storybook until later after August came to Storybrooke, several months later. This is confirmed in 4-13 "Unforgiven", where Regina and Henry look at the exact same picture, and notice that the paper is different than the rest of the book, because this particular story was added by August. (00:17:00)
Other mistake: In the home of a murder victim, Columbo presses the telephone's "redial" button to see who was called most recently. A seven-digit number is displayed but only six beeps are heard as the number is redialed. Later, attorney Oscar Finch places a call by dialing only five numbers.
Other mistake: The episode's action takes place around 11:00pm (night time), yet all the scenes show broad daylight.
The Games That Play Us - S1-E22
Other mistake: In the last episode of season 1, Lucas goes to see Haley and Nathan where they tell him they got married last night, which must have been after the playoffs game. However, in season 2 in flashbacks of their wedding they got married during the day.
Never Kill A Boy On The First Date - S1-E5
Other mistake: In the famous scene where Buffy tells Giles, "If the Apocalypse comes, beep me," she grabs her pager from out of shot. Trouble is, she's standing in the middle of her hall and there's nowhere she could have picked the gadget up from. (00:21:00)
Other mistake: During the scene (towards the end of the episode) when Horatio's young wife Marisol dies, there are two worthy mentions. First is when we see Horatio walk into Marisol's room, there is a doctor present but the two do not speak. Horatio speaks to Marisol at the side of her bed and they joke about their supposed date later that night, and her speech seems fine. A few seconds later while holding her hand, we hear the "flat line" and Marisol passes away. About two seconds after we hear the flat line, the camera angle shows Marisol still turned toward Horatio, her chest still moving to breathe. A split second after that though, the camera angle now shows Marisol face up in the bed, presumably dead. Second issue and perhaps most importantly - Marisol was young, and a gunshot victim who had been in stable condition just the day before. Even if her condition had turned more critical, it seems almost impossible that as soon as she flat lined, there still would not have been immediate resuscitation attempts or calls for a resuscitation team, especially with a doctor who was already in the room.
Mr. Monk's Other Brother - S7-E10
Other mistake: During gunfire exchange, Jack's gun locks back, indicating it is empty. He then fires 2 more shots out of an empty gun. (00:37:20)
Other mistake: When Amy's age is given as 1306, the computer screen reads 1308 instead. (00:15:50)
Other mistake: Jack follows J. Edison Nash to a wine warehouse and watches as Nash punches numbers on a keypad in order to gain entrance to a private room. Nash punches the 6 and a beep is heard. He then punches the 8 and another beep is heard. During a close-up of Jack, four more beeps are heard, for a total of six. Jack says the number out loud - 862, which is only three digits.
Other mistake: With power out Magnum somehow lights the gas stove with the knob, which is electric. Should have used a match. (00:26:40)
Episode #2.7 - S2-E7
Other mistake: When the dowager visits Matthew in his bedroom to tell him Mary is still in love with him before he goes through with marrying Lavinia, the curtains hanging behind Matthew are so wrinkled and creased just as curtains are when they come out of a package from the store. The crease lines are terrible! One would think set design would have steamed them as in real life, they would have been custom-made and certainly not folded up like that for shipping, thus never having creases like that.
Other mistake: Player 061 was female. But an eliminated photo showed a male participant with the same number.
Other mistake: The Brigadier says UNIT HQ is 'a Top Secret establishment'. It is, in fact, so secret that it has a large sign outside informing the world not only of its function, but also the name of the commanding officer.
Other mistake: The Monster appearing in the pilot and causing the turbine to explode is a mistake (not trivia). This is actually an artefact of poor CGI effects that was left in the show in error. It was confirmed by the producers. You can see it best here: http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Image:Turbine_Explosion.gif.
Other mistake: Lois digs up Chloe's grave site to unearth her casket. It is obvious that the casket is not buried six feet deep. You would think, with all that is going on, that LuthorCorp would have at least buried the casket deeper to deter inquisitive eyes and maybe throw in a few scattered bones for good measure.
Other mistake: During the battle near the end of the episode, Sisko is heard saying, "Locking onto the lead ship" but he gives the firing order to Bashir, who is seated at the helm. This implies that the targeting controls and firing controls are at separate stations, which makes no sense.
Other mistake: The battle droids - including the commando droids featured here - habitually have two broad fingers and a thumb. So how can a commando droid squeeze itself completely into clone trooper armor without its broad fingers tearing open the gloves, since it can't separate its fingers?
Other mistake: Gus is talking to his employee about the twins while writing something on a clipboard. However, he is using the opposite end of the pen and just pretending to write. (00:14:40)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When detective Campbell is making his speech to the officers, the board behind him has dates ranging from 1966 - 1975.
Other mistake: Throughout the episode, including the very first shot, we see the sun is shining brighter and hotter than usual. This lends credibility to the theory that Superman's powers are responsible for increased solar activity. Later on in the episode it is revealed that the heatwave is being orchestrated by Lex Luthor, who is is heating an underground river to coincide with Superman using his powers. Lex does not however have any control of the weather, and no explanation is offered for why the weather conveniently 'played along' with his plan.
