Other mistake: When Lorne Malvo shoots out of the window the only thing sticking through the newspaper is the gun's barrel. When the shot changes to the scope view, you can see the outside. But you shouldn't be able to look outside.
Other mistake: Near the end of the movie, we can see that the walls of Troy have suffered heavy damage from siege equipment, probably catapults. Yet in the entire film, we don't see any siege engines. The Greeks haven't brought any on their ships, we don't see them make any in their beach camp and they don't have any with them when they try to storm the city. There's simply no indication that the Greeks have ever had or used siege equipment.
Other mistake: Kenneth Cope had to wear a toupee for his part. He did so, only it was initially on the wrong way, though no one pointed it out or noticed. If it ain't broke...
Other mistake: In the scene where Barca is bleeding at the pool, Batiatus comes and grabs his hair. Barca abruptly moves before Batiatus starts to actually pull his hair.
The Library - S3-E5
Other mistake: Dr. Mike spots a charred Bible within the charred piles of books, and heads into the church. The Reverend is giving a sermon on morality, and offers Dr. Mike the floor and she briefs about certain stories in the book, which would be considered scandalous, without mentioning the book's title, then hands it to the Reverend who agrees such stories are scandalous, until he turns it over, to see that its 'The Holy Bible'. Being a Reverend, he should know The Bible cover to cover, but reacts surprised or shocked over the mentioning of the scandalous stories. (00:36:00 - 00:41:00)
Palimpsest - S1-E6
Other mistake: During the credits, it lists Gloria Mundy as the actress who played Alison Araya. However, Araya is the actress's real name and Mundy is the character's name.
Other mistake: Mrs Vanderlyn holds a letter out of the car window and calls to the chauffeur to take it. She calls him "Dixon" but the subtitles read "Gibson". (00:37:05)
No Quarter - S1-E4
Other mistake: In this episode one of the characters is seen to be driving a VW Golf. The scene is set in Geneva Switzerland. However an American spec VW Golf is used. Also in backround shots, American vehicles not avalible in Europe are seen. Another scene shows the police race past in two Skoda Rapides. This car has not been made since the early 90's and it is highly unlikely that the Swiss Police would be using these cars still. The shot is an old video that appears to have been shot in an Eastern European country.
Other mistake: In modern time Natalie Vasquez dies in episode 13 and her character is just discontinued. In flashbacks after that episode she's never seen again. She's not even seen at the graduation day of the trainees, but we see her at the Grand Central bombing, which supposedly happened just days after the trainees became agents.
Other mistake: T.J. Hooker and Vince Romano pursue two men who robbed the box office during a Beach Boys concert. The action takes place in the lobby of the Los Angeles Sports Arena, which is an indoor venue, but the footage of the Beach Boys performing is from an outdoor concert.
Love and Other Four Letter Words - S1-E12
Other mistake: Right at the end of the scene, when Christa is screaming after she sees the mouse in the hut, watch as the shot fades out into the next one she starts laughing.
Other mistake: It is said G. Callen has lived in 37 foster homes between the ages 5 and 18, the longest ever having stayed in one is 3 months. 5-18 is 13 years, meaning even if he had lived 3 months in EVERY foster home, it'd have to be a minimum of 52 foster homes. Since 3 months was the longest, it is logical that the others were shorter therefore the number would have had to be much higher.
Other mistake: The recap of Episode 4.1 has a scene that hasn't been shown until episode 4.2 or 4.3 where the FBI neighbor gets hold of Jennings in his garage to confront him on his alleged affair with his wife. The similar issue with another episode is seen in episode 3.12 or 3.13. (01:00:00)
Other mistake: In episode 5, while Sean is talking to Leila on his iPhone, it is obvious that there is no connection, because Home screen of iPhone is displaying on device. (00:14:20)
Other mistake: Issac is on the phone with his boss and he is holding his phone upside down, noticeable because his otter box case is upside down. (00:14:41)
Other mistake: At the start when the Lexus is found it is shown as a mirror image as can be seen by the badge and registration number. (00:03:57)
Other mistake: When we first see Gordon aboard his jet, the shot of the jet from the outside is a flipped shot. Note the lettering on the right engine.
Other mistake: Throughout season 1: The emergency workers are sometimes seen wearing a black jacket with an English spelling mistake on it. It reads "FIRE EMS RESOUE." Obviously the last word should be "RESCUE."
AKA I've Got the Blues - S1-E11
Other mistake: After Jessica Jones snaps back to reality from her flashbacks as a teenager in the bathroom with the broken marble sink, she receives a text message on her phone from an unknown number. The word "unknown" on the message heading is misspelled. (00:24:00)
Other mistake: As corvette guy races to get away from Ponch, the steering wheel breaks away, coming loose in his grip. Yet the car magically veers a sharp left before halting to a stop, instead crashing into the trees straight ahead of him.
