Continuity mistake: Season 3, Episode 68, "The Duel": When the truck first blows its tire, it is in a very muddy, watery patch of road. Subsequent scenes show the road is dry except under the truck where the truck driver is trying to jack up the truck to change the blown tire.
Continuity mistake: Farzad JinJi is introduced as Dominque in the first season, but he appeared as a different character in the second episode.
Continuity mistake: On the episode dating 22nd January 2010, when Peggy is telling Roxy off for firing Tracey, they are in the kitchen. Roxy then turns to walk downstairs, and her ponytail is high and bouncy. Then, two seconds later, when she is visible again, her ponytail is low and messy.
Continuity mistake: Near the start when Mike's pulling over, the car parks literally perfectly along the side of the road. Seconds later when camera shows him stepping out it's at least 12 inches away from the curb. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jack speaks to Michael and Jin, as they build the raft, and then when he walks up the beach and inquires about Sawyer's trouble with his head, the backpack that Jack carries on his back is nylon, black/green with white trim. Yet, when Sawyer asks, "Sensitivity to light, that bad?" the backpack is suddenly transformed into solid black leather, of an entirely different style. Continuity mistake: When Jax and his crew meet up with a Hispanic gang to sell them guns and are outnumbered, they run in the station wagon. The run the station wagon through a gate and roll it, destroying the front end, but magically the station wagon's front end appears with little damage afterwards. (00:27:15)
Red Light on the Wedding Night - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai, Rory and Max are having breakfast at Luke's, their coffee cups change from red to blue in one shot. Also Max's coffee cup goes back and forth from the left side of his paper to the right. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: When the episode starts Arya is walking towards where Daenerys is and has her face covered in mud and soot, plus a long streak of dark dry blood running through the right side of her face. The next time we see her her face is cleaner and the blood is less noticeable. In further shots the amount of blood increases or decreases randomly. There doesn't seem to be much water and soap around the place.
In the Pines - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Longmire is taping prisoner photos to the wall. When looking at the last photo, the tape is in the middle of the paper. When he puts it on the wall, the tape is on the right side of the paper. When the photo is in the background, the tape is on the left side. (00:59:55)
Continuity mistake: In season 1 they are tracking leopards but when they take a cub for the cure it's clearly an African serval kitten.
Continuity mistake: When Allison gives Kurt his breakfast muffin (in a brown paper bag), it suddenly jumps from his left hand to his right hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the photo shoot, after Tony takes the final shot and tells Margaret to "get dressed" so he can show her his place, she is wearing a different blouse when she comes upstairs to his apartment.
Continuity mistake: Chase gives Zoey a radio in this episode, but in 1-3 Webcam, when Zoey, Quinn and Nicole are in Zoey's room trying to figure out who is telling the girls' secrets to people, you can see that radio above Zoey's head.
Continuity mistake: When Hitch opens the tent flap to escape, there are 55-gallon drums outside covered by a camo net seen through the opening. The exterior shot outside the opening shows no 55-gallon drums or camo net.
Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Clyde Bruckman commits suicide by placing a plastic bag over his head until he asphyxiates. However, when Mulder and Scully first discover him you can see in the shot just before Scully holds his hands that there is no plastic bag around his head (may only be visible in widescreen format). Continuity mistake: When Sookie is eating Adele's pie, the amount of pie on the fork keeps changing between shots. (00:41:25)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan pulls up to the After Dark, a group of guys come over and ogle his car, but when Dylan enters the club, one of the guys outside is already at the bar. (00:11:15 - 00:11:50)
Unreal City - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: While Lieutenant Granderson is being escorted around the compound and walks to the class, she is wearing O-3 rank (two silver bars) on her collar, despite never being promoted during the show to this point. Later on in the episode, when she is talking to her mother, she is wearing O-2 rank (one silver bar) again. (00:13:35 - 00:34:15)
Continuity mistake: The age gap between Eric and Cory decreases as the series progresses. At the start of the show, Cory is in 6th grade and Eric is a high school sophomore, meaning they are four years apart, give or take a few months. By season 3, Cory is in 9th grade (confirmed by dialogue mentioning that Shawn, who is in the same grade as Cory, is 15 years old), and Eric is a senior, leading to an age gap of three years. The first episode of season 4 takes place a couple months after the end of season 3, with Eric and Cory returning from a summer Road Trip, but just two episodes later, Cory mentions that he is in 11th grade, while Eric is still barely out of high school, leading to an age gap of two years.
She's Leaving Home, Bye Bye (1) - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: In this episode, it shows Brock and Reba moving into the house the show is set in and Kyra is mad about it. In episode 1-22, Reba flashes back to Cheyenne in the same house much younger than Kyra going into kindergarten. The houses should have been different.
