Continuity mistake: When Tubbs opens the letter from Calderone, the envelope is placed in between his thumb and index finger. But in the next shot, the envelope is between his index finger and middle finger. (00:47:27)
Audio problem: After Calderone has left Angelina in the car with the bomb, there is a shot focusing on Angelina where Calderone is heard saying, "Take the baby to the main house." In this shot, Calderone's reflection can be seen in the car window when he says the line, but his mouth doesn't move. (00:29:35)
Continuity mistake: When Lani is looking over dresses in the magazine, just as she asks Jackson, "Which of these do you like?" her right hand is holding onto the magazine. When the shot cuts, her right hand is not touching the magazine. (00:38:32)
Continuity mistake: When Crockett and Tubbs meet up with the two pirates, they get searched. When the pirate on the left says "No wires, no hardware," the pirate standing on the right has his right forearm raised. But in the next shot, his arm is entirely lowered. (00:36:21)

Continuity mistake: When Manuel attempts to shoot Hector, Bianca attempts to shield him, prompting Manuel to put his right hand on Bianca's shoulder. But in the next shot, when Crockett and Tubbs start firing at Manuel, Hector's right hand is over the back of Bianca's head. (00:46:57)

Continuity mistake: When Manuel is holding Hector at gunpoint, Hector is shown holding onto Bianca's wrist. In the shots focusing on Manuel, Bianca's hand is pointed upwards, but in shots focusing on Hector and Bianca, her hand is pointed forwards. (00:46:35)

Continuity mistake: When the two bad guys are shot at the end of the episode, they land on a mattress. The bad guy wearing the blazer lands on the mattress towards the top, but when the shot cuts, he is positioned further down. Also, the bad guy wearing the yellow shirt is lying on his side when he lands on the ground, but changes to being laid on his front when the shot cuts. (00:44:35)

Continuity mistake: When Hector has finished giving his lecture, he is holding a notepad with both hands while the audience is applauding. The audience then begins to stand, and he is suddenly holding the notepad with one hand. (00:27:13)
Continuity mistake: When Gina walks up to Crockett's desk to show him messages she has been receiving, she is holding a folder in her hand. She is shown holding the right side of the folder, but when the shot cuts, she is holding the left side of the folder. (00:20:37)
Continuity mistake: After Crockett and Tubbs sit down at the table in the restaurant, Reydolfo asks them, "You guys want to do business, huh?" and has his hands on the table while doing so. The shot then cuts to a closer shot of Reydolfo, where his right hand is suddenly raised. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: When Gina and Trudy go to the office working undercover, Gina stands at the reception area after Trudy walks into the office area. In the shot of Trudy walking through the office, Gina's hands are over her stomach. When the shot cuts back to Gina, her hands are positioned much lower. (00:24:37)
Continuity mistake: When Roger looks at the photo of him and his son, his hand moves further down the photo frame between shots. (00:24:02)
Visible crew/equipment: When Crockett and Stan approach the apartment, Stan signals Crockett and turns his back to the camera before going into the apartment. When he turns his back to the camera, the shadow of the camera can be seen on his back. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: When Crockett is looking at the photo of the stabbing, his hand is positioned along the middle of the right-hand side. In a close-up of the photo, his hand is holding the bottom right corner. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: When Crockett asks Becky if she ever ran into a driver who was rough with women, she is holding a hot dog in her left hand. The shot cuts, and she is suddenly holding the hot dog in her right hand. Then, in the following shot, the hot dog is in her left hand again. (00:33:03)
Continuity mistake: When Trudy shows the waitress the photo of the car, she is holding it by the bottom left-hand corner. But in a close-up of the photo, she is holding it by the right-hand corner. (00:27:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tubbs and Jackie are talking about Jackie's childhood, after Jackie says, "They kept sending me to different foster homes," Tubbs eats a grape. When the shot cuts, the grape has reappeared in his hand. (00:29:49)
Revealing mistake: When Marcel is in the shower, his hair is damp before he puts his head under the water, revealing that another take of him putting his head under the water was filmed prior. (00:28:24)
Continuity mistake: When Tommy is explaining to Crockett how his car repair is going, there is a shot where Tommy says, "a carburetor is like a good woman because," while raising her right hand. When the shot cuts, her right hand is lowered and then raises it again. (00:20:48)
