Continuity mistake: When the Krill shuttles land, they park on either side of the entrance to Epsilon station, but when the Orville crew are escaping, the Krill shuttles are gone momentarily (during the firefight), only to return to their proper places a moment later as the Orville shuttle takes off. Continuity mistake: A henchman places a briefcase up-side down on a bench, opens the locks and starts to open the briefcase with the locks above the lid latches which are flipped open toward the floor. Instantly the briefcase is right-side up with the locks down and the lid latches up. (00:26:11)
Continuity mistake: When the two children visit the Ghostbusters the little girl is wearing a pink pajama top and pink bottoms. In the next scene the pajama bottoms change color and are now orange.
Christmas Special 2017 - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: Price Albert's ice skates change after falling through the ice. Prior to the fall the ice skates have a curly blade front (appropriate for the time), upon emerging from beneath the ice the skates look like current models.
Continuity mistake: A watchmaker is riding in a horse-drawn buggy. The close-ups were obviously filmed on a studio set because the same shadows of tree branches pass across his body several times in quick succession.
Continuity mistake: After spotting Lagertha's boats, Torvi points at the boats and lowers her pointing arm. Another shot later and she is still pointing and lowers her arm again.
Continuity mistake: When Alicia is cleaning up Nick's vomit, she removes her gloves. When the angle changes, she starts removing them again. (00:24:45)
Continuity mistake: As the detectives are talking to their captain about the bank robbery, in a shot from behind the captain he takes his hands off his food and clasps them in front of him. The shot cuts to his front as he starts talking, and he moves his hands and clasps them again.
Continuity mistake: Interior shots of Ivy's cafe show a window in the back wall of the kitchen, visible through the door to the dining area. Exterior shots of the building show only a plain stone wall where the window should be.
Continuity mistake: In season 1 Hobbie was 13 and in season 2 he is 10 years old.
Continuity mistake: When the load of lumber is dropped on Captain Greer's 1968 Ford Galaxy 500, the car turns into a beat-up 1960 Oldsmobile just before it is squashed.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Stan comes out of the manager's office to explain what happened when the bus got stuck under the low bridge, Stan and Jack drive out in the same bus that hit the bridge which was badly damaged but now is suddenly repaired.
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Tommy enters the office where Grace is working on the books he steps forward, leaving the door open, to draw a black star on her ledger. When he turns to leave the door is shut. (00:03:40)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls grabs frog Link's tongue to inspect it, the first shot shows the hole in the wall from where she came out has vanished, then it's back again in the next shot. In the same two shots, her hands change from being right on top of his hand and left on bottom, to left on top and right on the bottom of Link's tongue. (00:10:25)
Continuity mistake: When Silas is painting the wall green, some parts jump from being painted to unpainted between shots.
Top Banana - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Lindsay has just returned home and is placing the flowers she has bought into a vase, we see her remove the flowers from the shopping bag and place them on the kitchen worktop. A few shots later, the flowers have moved back into the bag and we see Lindsay remove them again.
Continuity mistake: After Brian finds the note Alf left, we see William put the note under the microscope to inspect the tear drops. When William says "I'm going to go find him," he stands up and we see him leave the note on the microscope. When the camera cuts to William walking through the door, he all of a sudden has the note in his hand that was left on the microscope. (00:12:55 - 00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: Bridget doesn't seem to be aging as she should. In the first season Joe and Allison talk about their '6 year old' and she doesn't have any friends, Ariel is 9 and Marie is a baby. Rolling on to season 4 - Ariel is 14/15, Bridget is 9 (the episode when she's talking to the credit card guy Mr Reshmi - Joe tells him off for speaking for 10 minutes to a 9 year old). So, my point is - it appears five years have passed - Ariel has gone from 9 to 14/15 and Bridget is 9 - that's only 3 years. Marie was approximately a year old or so in the first season and appears to be 3 or 4 in season 4. It would make sense if Bridget were only 4 in the first season and five years later would be 9 but she's mentioned as being a six year old when the teacher tells Joe and Allison that she doesn't have any friends at school And Then meets Bobby Le Shell. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I'd love to hear an explanation for this.

Continuity mistake: When Tony shows Chandler's boarding pass to McGee for photo evidence, Tony's hand moves from holding the upper edge to the lower edge. (00:04:15)
