Continuity mistake: Carter and Cadet Haley enter the Stargate and we see them through the "puddle." When they come out on The Other Side, their positions are reversed.
Continuity mistake: When Kim and Shego stop chasing Ron back in Drakken's lab Shego is wearing a purple apron, then the camera moves away Shego and Kim then comes back and Shego is not wearing a purple apron, then the camera moves away again and then comes back to her and now she is wearing the apron.
Continuity mistake: Rodney says that he picked up the money off the table when they were trying to escape from the police, yet if you look closely he never goes near it. And he never has another chance to pick it up.
Secret sex - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Samantha and Carrie are hanging Carrie's poster in her apartment. In one shot, the whole poster is pinned to the wall and in the next shot, the bottom left part of the poster is curling up. After another shot of Samantha, the poster is pinned perfectly to the wall again.
Continuity mistake: When the kids are running around, Carmen gets pushed into the mud twice, with no time to stand up, and Toby gets pushed into the mud 3 times, again with no time to stand up. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Krill shuttles land, they park on either side of the entrance to Epsilon station, but when the Orville crew are escaping, the Krill shuttles are gone momentarily (during the firefight), only to return to their proper places a moment later as the Orville shuttle takes off. Continuity mistake: Miguel kicks and breaks a staircase railing during the school brawl. For a second it cuts to Robby. When it cuts back to Miguel, the railing is fixed.

Continuity mistake: During the pep rally it is raining hard and everyone on the football field is soaking wet, but when Cheryl runs from the field into the locker room followed by Veronica and Betty, they are all completely dry and their hair is perfectly styled.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Stan comes out of the manager's office to explain what happened when the bus got stuck under the low bridge, Stan and Jack drive out in the same bus that hit the bridge which was badly damaged but now is suddenly repaired.
Bystand Me - S10-E2
Continuity mistake: While Hank, Peggy, and Bobby are asking for help picking up the papers with the dangerous ammonia and bleach recipe, a person in back of the group they are talking to that was originally wearing a dark red hat, red shirt, and blond hair switches to a pink, light blue shirt, and brown hair.
