Continuity mistake: When Frank is on the phone taking down the details off his boiler repair job, he is told the address is 26 Upton Down, but the house where Frank does the job is number 24.
Continuity mistake: In several episodes of the show, Richard Beckinsale's hair changes length and style during individual episodes.
Suggested correction: Not a mistake. The show takes place over more than a year in the prison. People change their hairstyle and length during that time. Just because episodes are next to each other does not mean they happen within a very short period of time.
While the mistake is vague and should include a specific example or two, the mistake is saying that within an episode the hair changes, not that the hair changes between episodes.

Continuity mistake: There is an alien in a Starfleet gold shirt sitting next to Sulu. For a second, there is a human in a Starfleet red shirt, then it goes back to the gold shirt alien. (00:01:50)

Continuity mistake: Terry drives off from the traffic lights sticking two fingers up at Bob out of the car window. He is driving in the direction he has just come from - the parked cars he already passed are now ahead of him.
Web of Death - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Ferro is arresting the two junkies. Strats searching the first one, and a man in a yellow-ish coat and a fedora walks behind them in the background. In close-up once Ferro asks "You call that dealing?" the same man walks the same path again. He will reappear again doing the same walk when Pinky says he swallowed the drugs at the end of the scene. Continuity mistake: S46/E47 In an earlier episode Phyllis was named CEO of Jabot, the first thing she did was pack up certain items in her new office. The first thing she put in the box to go was Ashley's Innovator of the Year award, and she gave the box to Billy to take home. However, the award is now back in her office and sitting behind her.
