Continuity mistake: As Charlie enters the bar Dennis is writing a sign that says: "Carmine's A Place for Steaks." A shot later and the sign is unfinished, with the words, "Carmine's A Place..." The words "for Steaks" are not on the sign.
Continuity mistake: In Season 2 Episode 22, Model Behavior, Woody has gotten his braces off. However, in this episode, he has braces back on again.
Aquaticism - S7-E14
Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Roger is talking to Judy, he has a tie on. But in side shots of him, he has no tie on.
Continuity mistake: Kendra is dealt a Queen of clubs and a red seven of diamonds. When the four of clubs has been dealt, the other cards are now a black seven of diamonds and a Jack of hearts. (00:16:50 - 00:17:40)
Continuity mistake: At the end when Stan comes out of the manager's office to explain what happened when the bus got stuck under the low bridge, Stan and Jack drive out in the same bus that hit the bridge which was badly damaged but now is suddenly repaired.
Continuity mistake: Interior shots of Ivy's cafe show a window in the back wall of the kitchen, visible through the door to the dining area. Exterior shots of the building show only a plain stone wall where the window should be.
Continuity mistake: When the two children visit the Ghostbusters the little girl is wearing a pink pajama top and pink bottoms. In the next scene the pajama bottoms change color and are now orange.
Old Wounds - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Krill shuttles land, they park on either side of the entrance to Epsilon station, but when the Orville crew are escaping, the Krill shuttles are gone momentarily (during the firefight), only to return to their proper places a moment later as the Orville shuttle takes off. Continuity mistake: Miguel kicks and breaks a staircase railing during the school brawl. For a second it cuts to Robby. When it cuts back to Miguel, the railing is fixed.
Continuity mistake: When Bentley says how Maple Man can "gobble my knob", he briefly pauses between each word. When Theresa then plays back Bentley's confession, he says "gobble my knob" without pausing. (00:18:58)

Continuity mistake: In Series 2, Episode 'The SnOC', we see Zach punching Seth with his right fist. However, when Summer gives him some ice, he covers his left fist with it (which is now bruised and swollen).
The Ghost of General Lee - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys from Sweetwater county try to steal Boss' safe, you see them pushing it up a ramp into the pickup truck. But in the next shot, when Daisy calls the operator, the safe is in the corner. And when Bo and Luke go to untie Daisy, the safe is gone.
Sasuke and Sakura: Friends or Foes? - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Naruto and Sasuke accidentally kiss, Naruto's whiskers are gone.
Continuity mistake: When Roseanne & Jackie talk about Arnie, they act like they haven't known him long. Jackie even states, "I don't know him." Yet, in episode "Why Jackie Becomes a Trucker," Jackie sleeps with Arnie. Roseanne says all the girls made a pact in high school that none of them would ever sleep with him.
Continuity mistake: When Phil is telling Geoffrey about his day at work he takes an aspirin and drinks the water. The glass of water is almost gone. But if you look closely a couple of shots later the glass is full of water again.
Mr. Jealousy - S7-E2
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Finch are talking about Vikki barging into the office, Jack is not wearing a vest, but in the next shot he is, and when he stands up it is gone again.
The Bracelet - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: This mistake really applies to two episodes in season 1. In The Bracelet, Larry is approached by a homeless man who thanks him for the Chicken L'Orange. As a result of this (and his unkempt appearance), the women at the jewelry store will not buzz him into the store. The mistake is that Larry doesn't give this man the Chicken L'Orange until the 7th episode, AAMCO. And it is not just that the episodes aired out of order. Because in the episodes between these two, there are references that show that this IS the correct order of this season. So this becomes a circular reference that can't possibly exist.
Invisible House For Sale - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: Throughout this episode, the coat rack behind Major Nelson's front door alternates between having a coat of arms decoration in the middle or nothing in the middle. It seems this episode was filmed while a set change was taking place, since previous episodes feature a hand holding a bell as the center decoration for the coat rack and following episodes feature the coat of arms decoration.
Edith's Final Respects - S9-E5
Continuity mistake: In this episode Jean Stapleton plays two characters. As Edith Bunker her earrings change from gold that curve below her lobes to white round ones later in the show.
