Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Puddy is farewelling Elaine on the street, he is standing on the sidewalk and leaning through the driver's window. The following shot when she pulls out quickly, you can see through the windows of the car that Puddy is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Phil is telling Geoffrey about his day at work he takes an aspirin and drinks the water. The glass of water is almost gone. But if you look closely a couple of shots later the glass is full of water again.
The Father Christmas Suit - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: In the scene on the way to the church when Liz and Hyacinth nearly crash into the Thorgunburys' car, there are two cars parked in the front garden of the house behind them, a red Peugeot and a white Citroen. At the end of this scene a white Vauxhall Nova has just appeared in the garden.
Continuity mistake: If you look at the corner cabinet in the Meldrew's kitchen near to the door that leads into the living room, you will notice that in some shots there is an ornamental chicken and in other shots it changes to a different blue coloured ornament.
So Long, Frank Lloyd Wrong - S7-E7
Continuity mistake: When Joe and Helen are talking to Y.M. Berg, there is someone at the AeroMass counter that is seen leaving twice.
Continuity mistake: When Gussie is telling Jeeves & Wooster that he gave the notebook to Sir Watkyn, in one shot, the scarf on Wooster's head changes from being wrapped around his neck to draped loosely on his head. In the next shot, it's back around his neck. (00:36:40)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the last series, Mario had brown hair, but in the opening shot of the intro, he has black hair. Also in this shot, the book on the table has the yellow rectangle on it five centimetres away from the top it, but in the next shot, it is three centimetres away. (00:00:03)
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Continuity mistake: After Holling pours the beer for the substitute doctor, he keeps his right hand on the beer bottle. However, after a cut, his hand has suddenly shifted and is not holding the bottle. (00:25:25)
Continuity mistake: When Randi is in her tent working on her thesis, the computer is on. When something hits the tent, she almost drops her computer which now has a black screen, indicating that it is off. When the werewolf rips through the tent, the computer is now back on.

Continuity mistake: Dawn enters the library wearing open back clogs and exits minutes later in white sneakers and socks.
