The Other Cousin - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin." When Bleh enters her bus home, she receives 50 bucks from a retarded version of Spanky; there she wears her usual brown coat. But as she holds up the bill, she already wears the white fur coat she buys in the NEXT scene.

Show generally

Continuity mistake: Takumi and Shingo both have their right hands duct taped to the steering wheel, as per the rules of the Gum Tape Deathmatch. During one shot of the race, Tak's hand is no longer taped and resting casually on top of the steering wheel as opposed to the right side of it.

Manny Come Home - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: Simon Pegg's character shouts at Manny as he is picking up a muffin, and he slams it onto the desk, smashing it and making a large messy pile of crumbs. The shot changes, then changes back so you can see the muffin (in the same scene) and it is a perfectly formed, whole muffin with no crumbs around. Then when Fran shows up and Pegg's character leaves, the muffin is back to being a messy mound.

Picture Day - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: I'm not sure what type of mistake this counts as, but in here it is. In the episode "Speaking of Cancer" in season four, Jennifer reveals that she has been lying to Jack and Katie about them all having a shellfish allergy for years because it costs too much for them all to eat it, but in the season one episode "Picture Day" Dave puts down a plate and Jennifer says "Ooh are those crab-cakes?" and takes one to eat. Jack was sitting next to her, so he should have heard this and tried to stop her.
