Revealing mistake: When Richie says "Don't you dare call me overweight young man" and tips the ferris wheel cart over, you can see that it is a dummy representing Richie.

Visible crew/equipment: When Richie and Eddie witness the miracle at the end of the episode, you can see the shadow of a camera on the hand of God.

Continuity mistake: When the fairground workers are throwing things at Eddie and Richie, a brick lands in the cart next to Eddie. When the shot changes the brick is gone.
