Doug Takes a Hike / Doug Rocks - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: The layout of Frank and Carol's house is inconsistent with the exterior shots. The driveway as seen from their backyard is more shallow and narrow than what is shown in the exterior shots, and the stairway to the left of their front door has a window halfway up, but the exterior shot shows a low section of roof that would completely obscure any window.

Bug Off/The Crawl Space - S9-E5
Continuity mistake: In Moving Away, Tommy tells the other Rugrats how they first met when Angelica lied about the nasty things they did. However in the Crawl Space, there is a flashback of Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil playing in the playpen when they were younger. Chuckie is scared of the Jack-in-a-box in that flashback, so the Rugrats could not have met for the first time back then.
Oh! To Be in England (Part 1 of 2) - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Mademoiselle Dupont is arriving in the car, Ma and Mariette are standing in the garden, holding their babies, John and Oscar, and waving at the car. Then Mademoiselle Dupont steps out of the car and they run to meet her. Mariette is still carrying John but Ma is no longer holding Oscar. He isn't sitting on the ground and no-one else is carrying him either.
Double Date - S4-E18
Continuity mistake: Nick and Carl argue about the incident at the college campus, in May 1970. In the episode "Drivers Education" (season 2), Tony and Joey looked at Nick's high school yearbook from 1970. He couldn't have already been a college student in May of that year.
