Continuity mistake: During the song at the end, there is a zoomed out shot of the entire crowd. You can see Phineas and Candace both screaming with their hands in the air, their eyes closed, and Phineas is not holding a camera. When the camera instantly cuts to a close up of them, both of them have their mouths closed, their hands down, their eyes open, and Phineas is holding a camera.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Michael is attempting to deceive Brennen into letting him and Nate go (from the time Brennen receives the picture message to when Brennen leaves), Brennen's necktie (right below the knot) changes from having a dimple to being flat, 6 or 7 times during the scene.
Continuity mistake: While Sid is reading the messages from Effy and Tony on his phone, Effy's name is spelt 'Effie'. However, in the next shot it is spelt 'Effy'.
Continuity mistake: Sam hires a personal chef, Sonia. When Carly, Sam and Freddie are sitting at the table and Spencer is talking to them, Sonia takes the blueberry muffins out of the oven and puts her oven mitts down. Next, Spencer starts walking away. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Newt is going to measure for the "Chill Zone," he asks Cory to help him. At first Cory is holding the main piece of the measuring tape, while Newt runs out with the "pull out end." Shortly, after cutting out to a conversation, Cory is holding the "pull out end" and then releases it, so his buddy Newt is the one caught by surprise when Cory releases his end of the measuring tape.
Episode One - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gavin and Stacey arrive at Mick and Pam's house in the Saab, the car stays on the drive. A few minutes later, Bryn appears in his Citroen into the same place on the drive and the Saab has moved to the space in front of the house.
Continuity mistake: Season 2, episode 1: When Doug Rich is holding a knife against Dale, the knife changes between shots from Doug holding the knife overhand, to underhand, back to overhand.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Ned and Chuck are making a pie, Ned picks up the unfinished pie crust off the counter so Chuck can put more flour down. After she sifts the large pile of flour on to the counter, Ned moves to put the crust back down and now it is easily twice the size it was when he picked it up. There is no way for him to have rolled the crust larger off camera because Chuck was in the way and that was the whole reason he picked the crust up.
Continuity mistake: When Violet is talking to the boy outside the school, he is holding a baseball bat. At one point he points the bat at her, but in the next shot the bat is on his shoulder.
Burple Nurples/Shnitzel Makes a Deposit - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: In "Burple Nurples", Chowder is showing Gorgonzola the Burple Nurples, and there are houses and shops not too far behind Gorgonzola. Later, the camera zooms out, and the buildings are missing.
Continuity mistake: Chris says he is handing Heather the final marshmallow of the night. When the shot changes for Heather to yell at the rest of the team, Chris is holding a full plate of marshmallows.

Continuity mistake: Bret and Jemaine begin fighting in the studio, knocking over a microphone stand. When Murray comes in the studio the microphone is standing up.
