Continuity mistake: During the song at the end, there is a zoomed out shot of the entire crowd. You can see Phineas and Candace both screaming with their hands in the air, their eyes closed, and Phineas is not holding a camera. When the camera instantly cuts to a close up of them, both of them have their mouths closed, their hands down, their eyes open, and Phineas is holding a camera.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Doofensmirtz talks about how the sign blocks his view of other people's pain and misery, his window faces the sign. Then in the next shot where the laser blasts the sign, the Doofensmirtz evil inc. logo is facing the brick sign and the windows are facing the other way.

Continuity mistake: When Phineas is carried into the air inside the haunted house, there is an aerial shot showing the Fireside Girls and Isabella, who is wearing a yellow sash like the other scouts as she shouts, "Phineas!" There are two problems here. First, Isabella wasn't wearing the sash before at the haunted house, until this particular shot. Also, between the shots before Phineas falls, her sash disappears, reappears and then disappears again. It reappears after Phineas falls, and Isabella says, "Quick, everyone! Sashes!"
Continuity mistake: When Perry is in the cage up in the air, the cage is being held up by a really thick metal wire, but when Charlene Doofinshmirtz (Vanessa's mom) lets Perry out of the cage the wire looks like dental floss.
Continuity mistake: The crane that is behind the tree has a rope attached to it, but when Isabella comes the rope disappears.

When Candace raises her head and upper torso out of the cart for a brief moment, she is wearing her usual red dress. But in the next shot, however, she is wearing her white crop-top and dark jeans again.

After Susie's attacks, when Jeremy comes out Candace is on the ground with the dog still attached to her rear end and the belt has disappeared. In the next shot of Candace, the belt has returned.
Continuity mistake: When the "arms" take Perry's hands and feet. The "arms" came from the front of Perry, but in the next shot they've come from behind him.

Continuity mistake: When Phineas, Ferb, and Candace go to the stairs, the door has 'stairwell' written on it. Then, when the bubblegum case falls, before it goes through the door, it reads 'stairs', but once the door is open, it's back to 'stairwell' again.

Continuity mistake: During the end of the episode, Phineas is video taping his parents, but what he is recording is a different angle that what is being shown on the screen. From Phineas' angle, the camera is only showing the back of his mom's head. However, the big screen above the band shows that the camera angle can see both of his parents' faces.
